3. One night stand

She was back in central park, hoping to see Steve again, giving him some revenge. This time Y/n left her earbuds at home, just in case. 'On your left' she looked back and saw a familiar face, they smiled at each other and Steve ran up beside her, 'Coming here often?' he winked at her, 'Today I got something up my sleeve' he looked confused, y/n did a hand motion and he began to run in slow motion, he almost didn't move, 'See you soon' she did a salute and ran away, his eyes followed her. 20 minutes later she came back, 'On your left' Steve had barely moved since last time she saw him, y/n lifted the spell and he fell forward, 'I said on your left, not above you' she laughed. He got up and looked at her, 'You are crazy' he laughed with her. 'Am I blind or are you flirting with my assistant Rodgers?' Tony leaned on his Audi a few meters forward. 'Tony, nice seeing you here, going for a run?', 'Never, even if my life was at stake' he pointed at y/n, 'what about me?' she pointed at herself, 'Get in the car', she hugged Steve bye and felt Tony's eyes in her back the entire time.

He closed the door to the car for her and jumped in behind the wheel, 'Flirting with an experiment i see?', 'What are you talking about?' she looked at him as he drove off. 'I could see the sparks in his eyes miles away', she laughed, 'Why are you picking me up?', 'I wanted to see if you were okay, but you seemed fine with Rodgers (he whispered), and apologize for this morning', 'Why?', 'Because of the girl, she told me you left in the couch', 'Oh yeah I just wanted to give you guys some privacy, i don't care and i'm fine', 'Where should I drop you off? Home?' she nodded. 'Can I buy you dinner someday?' he pushed down his glasses to get a better look at her, 'Sure, someday' she opened and exited the car. Tony followed her with his eyes to make sure she got inside safe, looking her up and down. 

After the shower and dinner she stood in the living room, her eyes fixed at the silver bag Tony had left there for like four moths ago. 'I should give it back' She took it, looked at her phone and opened a portal, she did not end up in his workshop as she thought. Y/n looked up and was in the middle of a mess, Hulk jumping on the buildings slamming robot-aliens around him, Nat on a robot bike flying around, Thor was up in the clouds and Clint on a rooftop, Steve was on her left and Tony at her right, 'Well hello y/n fancy seeing you here' Steve said, 'get a life Rodgers' Tony blasted an alien coming up behind her. 'I did not expect this' she was speechless. 'We kinda need your help y/n' Steve smashed one with his shield. Tony wrapped an arm around her, 'Rodgers, duck!' he sent off a laser, spinning around one time and all the aliens around them split in half. Y/n opened a portal ready to go, 'Where do you think your going?' Tony took her arm, 'I can't be here I'm not ready' His mask opened, 'We need you, so get your shit together and help' She bit her lip and nodded, she made an motion with her hands and all the aliens stopped, 'I CAN'T HOLD THEM FOR LONG, HURRY UP AND DO WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO' Hulk looked confused and disappointed when the things around him didn't fight him anymore. 'Tony we have incoming, a bomb from the government' Nat's voice filled his suit. He flew away, taking the bomb and rising to the air, there was a big hole in the sky where all the aliens came from. He disappeared in to the hole, y/n's eyes got big, 'No' she mumbled, she killed them all (all the aliens of course) on one motion. She flew up with the help of her powers, 'No' she mumbled again. She saw him, falling out of the hole. Y/n cached him with her magic and they both made it to the ground safely. 'Tony?' his mask opened but he was unconscious, 'Edith? is he alive?' Nat showed up behind them, 'Pulse detected' she answered. 'Good job y/n' Nat patted y/n on her back. What she didn't realize was that she had just killed over a thousand aliens in one move, she was more powerful than they all thought.

Thor took his brother Loki and went back to Asgard, y/n and Wanda helped with cleaning in the city. Nat, Steve, Clint and Banner took Tony back to the Avengers tower. 'You are powerful, more than you think' they stood back to back, Wanda lifted up a big pile of dead aliens and piled them for y/n to crush later. 'I'm not' she didn't want to think about it. Back at the tower she searched up Tony who laid on a hospital bed with IV in his arm. 'You've looked better', 'Jeez thanks, now I feel so good' Tony rolled his eyes and sat up, 'You know, this is the second time I've saved you' she giggled. He looked at her and got up, ripping out the IV, 'I would have been fine on my own, don't let it get to you head now miss' he waved with his hands and left the room, she followed, 'You now it's true' she smiled, Steve jogged up beside her, 'Hi Y/n, good job out there' he laid his hand on her shoulder, Tony stopped mid walking so y/n and Steve almost walked right into him. 'When are we having dinner?' Tony stood between her and Rodgers, who looked at y/n over Tony's shoulder, with a disappointed look. When y/n didn't answer (because what could she say?) Tony said 'I'll pick you up at 8, sounds good? yeah it does' he gave her a thumps up and threw fake kisses at Steve and then left. Y/n was speechless, Steve smiled at her 'Have a good day' and he left too.
