Part 11

It had been a week since you effy and cook ran away you all have gone out partying sleeping on streets but you always end up driving somewhere else "where are we going now" you ask cook "my dads place" cook said. The next day you arrived at the town effy was basically just third wheeling but none of you minded that night you all fall asleep on a path next to the sea you wake up in cooks arms you slowly get up to see effy awake so you wake over to her "morning" she says "morning" you say back "you miss home" effy asks and you shrug "me too" she says which makes you feel better you light a cigarette and wait for cook to wake up "where's your dad then" you ask when he wakes up "come on girls" cook says as he gets up he walks with his arm around you and you holding effys hand he takes you to a bridge you point to the boat "are u gunna come with me" cook asks "not yet" you and effy say back as cook walks down the stairs and falls which makes you laugh. You and effy sit on the bridge waiting for cook to come back out "I do t trust this his dad any of it" you say to effy "same" effy says as you see cook and his dad walking your way "here we go" you say as you get up and stand on your cig butt cooks dad takes your hand and walks with you cook and effy to a small pub "ladies and germs the fucking milky bars are on me drinks all around yeah" cooks dad says as you sit down at a table pulling down your skirt he starts talking about how cooks his child are your his partner or some shit cook and his dad join you and effy round the table cooks dad starts talking about doing what your like you take a beer of the tray a man just brought out and you take a sip as you grab effys hand not liking the vibe of anyone around this place. You turn around to see some bald boy looking at you you smile at him and turn back around the boys start talking about how they can't believe there related or some shit you take out your hair and start fiddling with it to attempt to style it.

Not soon after you walk out the pub and light a cigarette as you sit on a bench "hey princess wanna buy new clothes" cook asks you "no" you say as he sits next to you "what the fucks wrong with you" cook asks "nothing why" you say as he kissed your head "nothing peachy see you inside" he says and leaves you when you walk back in cooks dad was eating a jar of mustard witch everyone cheering him on apart from effy "that's so gross" you say as you sit next to effy "at least you missed half of it" she says as you smile "right time either go to the club or fuck off home" the bartender says you walk outside with  effy waiting for cook and his dad to come out you both end up walking off to three boys one on a motorcycle he stops infornt of you and effy "all right hey" he says calling for you both "what you doin" another boy asks you both "not sure" effy says "what you doin tomorrow it's the solstice steeplechase come down and watch" he asks looking you up and down "the what" you question "it's a race old village tradition" he says and starts bragging about how he's won "whoop de do" you say hardly listening "you know if you were my girl I would never let you out of my sight" the man says as you start walking off "yeah" effy says which makes you have to stop "I'd handcuff you to the bed an all" he said and you nodded he starts talking about fucking you "holly effy" cook says walking over to you both "come on we're going clubbing" cook says "no" effy said "what" cook says confused "let's get out of here let's just go now" you said "holly listen there's nowhere else to go this is it and it's fucking brilliant come on let's get fucked up" cook says and kisses you, you and effy end up giving in as soon as you got there you took your jumper off leaving you in a short shirt that looks like a bra with your skirt while you and effy go dance on the dance floor.

Your both the only ones dancing but you didn't care until the boy from earlier came and danced with you cook tells him to knock it off and when he refused cook walked over to him and punched him right in the nose while they fight you grabbed your jumper putting it back on. Cooks dad looked disappointed in him but you didn't get why "cook let's just go" you said pulling his arm and hitting the other bot right in his nose when you get back to the boat cook hugged you in his arms and fell asleep while you lay looking up at the roof a little bit later you fall asleep.
