"Everything is not what it seems"

⚠️ creepy, additional warnings that will come later in this chapter because I don't like to spoil ⚠️
It's been two weeks.
Camilla sighs out into the open night air. She softly shuts the door behind her and sneaks through the garden. It's been awhile since they cut the grass, so the long strands tickle her feet. It's relatively warm despite the late hour, she doesn't even bother to think about going back and getting her jacket. She doesn't have much time.
The streets are empty and dark. Camilla rushes past the other houses, heading for the green central train station. The moon and the stars shine brightly above, it's a night without clouds. If she is not fast enough, her plans might be ruined. She can't afford to make another mistake, not after last time. That time was a huge loss, that has lead to her having to rethink and quicken her plans. There is nothing left to loose.
Even the train station is empty. Camilla doesn't feel at ease though. She doesn't want anyone to see her do this, doesn't want anyone seeing her anywhere close to green parks.
For these past two weeks she and Astrid have lived at the green leader house, just like Genevieve promised that they could. Astrid sleeps peacefully every night with Adeline, and while her bruises and wounds are healing she hasn't attended any classes. Camilla hasn't seen much of her though. Astrid has mostly been with Adeline lately, like every single second of the day, and Camilla doesn't have the energy to deal with that problem. Another thing that's wrong. Another thing that is ruining her plans.
She sleeps in Genevieve's room. It's the best thing ever.
But when she needs to sneak out it's hard, because Viv happens to be a very light sleeper. Camilla is skilled though, she has mastered the art of sneaking after mistakenly waking Genevieve up countless of times. So this far, she and Astrid have spent several days at the leader house and everything seems calm once again. The buzz of the situation has died down and nobody talks about it anymore. Camilla thinks it's time she takes that to her advantage.
The train isn't as empty as the green central train station. There are two girls on the train already seated, one way further down and one right by the entrance. Camilla squints, looks down to avoid any attention on her and continues walking. The bright light inside the train is a big change from the darkness outside. A soft female voice announces that the doors are closing, so she quickly finds herself a good seat, as far away as possible from the other passengers. The train starts to move at lightning speed almost immediately after the doors have closed. Camila relaxes in her seat.
"Pear grove"
The train stops one minute after it started moving. The student by the entrance stands up, without looking in Camilla's direction, and leaves the train. Camilla watches her disappear into the night from the train window. The train continues moving after announcing that the doors are closing, Pear grove flashing before her eyes.
Green parks and Pear grove are considered the most beautiful living areas in all of the school, Camilla has been lucky to live at Green parks. It's filled with trees and ponds, flowers and overall nature all around. The houses are slightly smaller but the beautiful gardens around make it all worth it. Pear grove is also filled with pear trees and often smells softly of the sugary fruit.
