We pant, as we hold onto trees for support.
"So.. Tired" I pant, voice cracking a little.
"I. Haven't.. Missed.. Running! Phew!" Y/n pants as well, chuckling a little. "I'm starting to think the bears fake"
"Same" I nod, still panting.
"Well! I've just wasted a shit load of energy on something that isn't true! Sooooo! I'm gonna look for..... Squirrels! Or maybe rats!!" she quickly helps me stand properly.
"Wanna look with me? Or do you want me to walk you home?"
"... Is that even a question? I WANT SQUIRRELS!!"
"THAT'S THE SPIRIT!!"

I blink a few times shocked. As Y/n is holding a squirrel, stroking it, with one laying on her head. And one sitting on her shoulder. "They. Really like you"
"Uh.. Yeah. It's weird. But their soo cute!!"
I chuckle and she gently holds out a squirrel to me
"Wanna hold one?"
I raise an eyebrow.
"Pretty sure it would kill me"
"Aww come onnnn"
I hmm, looking at the Squirrel. And slowly reach over and take it. And it's so soft, and instantly falls asleep in my hands.
"Awww he likes you" Y/n squeals.
"I am insanly terrified" I whimper.
"Anyway, it's getting dark, want me to walk you home?"
"Sure" We i hand her back the squirrals, and they instanlty get off her and run away.
"Alrighty lets-a-go!" Y/n starts walking away. But she soon stops and turns to me. "You coming?"
I nod and quickly follow her.
