Chapter 6: I Hate You!
Holly has been petrified. I admit that was a blow, She is my best friend. I Feel numb as I go down to my detention with Snape who looks at me with an amused expression. I was wearing this. I'm wearing fake glasses cause i hope that they will make me look a little more focused.
"Not many beg for a detention with me." he said
"Well Sir, many people don't have Lockhart as their most hated teachers." I shoot back
"Very Well, You can tidy my supply closet. sort them alphabetically." he said and I got up and got started. I was about halfway done when he came in "Ms Alcove." Oh Shit No I thought "You may leave." he said
"what?" I say
"You May leave, now. I have business to attend to." he said and I just walked Out of the closet and picked my bag up and saw Lockhart in the room. I freeze and stare for a bit and then run out of the classroom and straight into Professor Dumbledore.
"Oh My Godric! I am so sorry sir." I said in a hurry.
"It's okay ms Alcove. you enjoy the freedom from detention. it's understandable." he said smiling and let me walk past him.
"Thanks Sir. I owe you one." I say and continue my way to the common room. I got to the common room and went straight to my dorm and took a little of the sleeping draught I had taken from the hospital wing and I fell asleep immediately until the next morning.
-Monday Morning-
I woke up and realized I have DADA first but then remember I now have lessons with Dumbledore. I hopped in the shower and then I got changed. my uniform has mysteriously disappeared and I can't find it anywhere. so that's why I'm not wearing my uniform and this covers my cuts better. I am still haunted by what Lockhart did so I keep on cutting. After transfigiruation I walk to Dumbledore's Office and give the password (Sherbert Lemon) and walk up the dizzying staircase to his office door. I knock 3 times on the door and hear a "Enter" from behind it. He smiles as I walk in "Ms Alcove. I trust you are ready to learn." he says
"Ready as I will ever be." I say and My lesson Begins. We started off by learning about Dark Creatures, these were:

Fire Crabs
Imps
Gargoyles
Soon I had to go to Lunch with the rest of the school feeling positive about what I had just learned.
-Time Skip-
It's been 2 months since Holly was Petrified and Dumbledore has been suspended. that means no more DADA again. We had already done the full years curriculum Which was:
Cornish Pixies
Various creatures, including Yeties
Fire Crabs
Imps
Gargoyles
And then we moved onto spells like:
Disarming Charm
Tongue-Tying Curse
Homorphus Charm
Verdimillious Duo
Vermillious Duo
Tickling Charm
Depulso
whereas Lockhart is still covering the basics with the second years. Professor McGonagall is forcing me to attend his lessons as dumbledore has been supspended by the school board. lockhart seemed not to be disheartened by this and he looked puzzled when I turned up for his lesson this Wednesday. He said "Ms Alcove, I have to speak to you after this lesson."
"that's against Professor McGonagall's new rules." I say and the class look at each other murmuring in agreement.
"we will talk about it in Detention then." he snarls and my face went white. The lesson ended and he wanted me back in his classroom at 4:30 tonight. I walk in single file to potions in silence whilst everyone around me was talking. I enter the Potions class and feel eyes on my back, I look back and see Lockhart gives me a warning look and then moves away. The rest of the day until 4:30 is a blur. I drag my feet on my journey to his office. I Open the door and recognize the classroom. He says "Ms Alcove, Sit down." I hesitate and he says "Now." I sit with my legs crossed and he says "why don't you like my lessons?" taunting me. I backed into the corner. He untucked my legs and tried to hurt me again. I kick him where it hurts and his hands fly down. I kicked him in the face.
"YOU ARE A SICK TWISTED BASTARD AND YOU KNOW WHAT I HATE YOU!" I yell an run from the room and down endless corridors until I reach the hospital wing. I knock 3 times to let Madame Pomfrey know its me. She opens the door and lets me inside. She leads me to the bed that holds Holly, it's the one next to Hermione's Bed. I sit by her until 6 and then I wipe my eyes and walk back to the common room.
