When I walked back to the dorm, I saw Weiss carrying Ruby out in a hurry.

"Weiss? What's going on?!" I asked, running to catch up.

"Ruby isn't doing good. I'm taking her to the infirmary. Call Yang and let her know. I'll meet you there!"

I quickly grabbed my scroll and messaged Yang:

Where are you?

After a few minutes, I got a reply back.

I'm in class. Do you need something?

I quickly typed in my reply and hit send.

Yes. Ruby is hurt and Weiss is taking her to the infirmary. Meet us there as soon as you can.

I slid my scroll back in my pocket and dashed ahead. The infirmary was just next door to Ozpin's office. I walked in to see Weiss sitting in the waiting area. She shot to her feet and ran towards me.

"Is she okay?" I asked.

"I don't know. She's being tested now. Hopefully we'll get the results soon. Where's Yang?"

"In class," I replied. "I messaged her to get here as soon as possible."

A few seconds later, I heard a loud explosion. I turned around to see the doors had been completely blown off.

"WHERE'S MY LITTLE SISTER?" I heard Yang scream.

I walked over to her and helped her calm down.

"She's being tested right now. We're still waiting for the results. She'll be okay, Yang. I promise."

She sighed and hugged me tightly.
"I hope so. I couldn't stand to lose her..."

"I know. Let's sit down and wait it out, okay?"

I took her wrist and led her to the waiting area where Weiss was sitting.

"Yang? Are you okay?" she asked.

Yang's eyes turned red as tears fell down her face.
"No! I'm not okay! My sister is hurt!"

Yang put her head in her hands and became silent. We all waited impatiently for about an hour before a nurse came up to us.

"You're Team RWBY, is that right?" the nurse asked.

Weiss nodded. "Yes we are, ma'am. Could you tell us how Ruby is doing?"

"Well, we found poison in her bloodstream. It wasn't too potent, but it could've caused a lot of harm if it wasn't treated. You brought her in just in time. She's still in unconscious, but you're welcome to see her."

Weiss and Yang stood up and followed the nurse towards the back of the building and I followed behind quietly. Once we had reached the back, the nurse lead us to the bed Ruby was in. She looked more peaceful this time. Breathing slowly and evenly.

"She's doing better," the nurse told us, "but she'll need to rest up for a few days before she goes on any missions. Once she wakes up, she's free to go back to her dorm and rest."

The nurse didn't say much else as she walked away. Yang sat next to Ruby and held her hand.

"How could she get poisoned? That doesn't make any sense," she said.

"Maybe it was accidental? She could've fought a poisonous Grimm or something," Weiss replied.

"I don't think so. Ruby hasn't fought outside the school in a few days. If she was poisoned by a Grimm, it would've happened days ago. Not now," I told them.

Weiss sighed. "Good point. But then how did she get poisoned?"

I shook my head. "I don't know. But something doesn't seem right. We should keep a close eye."

"Good idea. We need to watch over Ruby," Yang said.

"Watch over...who?" a soft voice asked.

I looked over to see Ruby awake. Her eyes looked tired, but overall she seemed okay.

"Ruby! I was so worried about you!" Yang cried.

Ruby sat up slowly, gazing around.
"What happened? Where am I?"

"You're in the infirmary," I explained. "You got poisoned and needed to get treated."

Ruby eyes widened. "What? How did I get poisoned?!"

"We were hoping to ask you," Weiss said. "We know you haven't been outside the school, so it had to come from somewhere around the school."

"I don't know how I got poisoned. I'm sorry..."

"Actually Ruby, can I ask you something?"

"Yes, Blake?"

"When did you start to feel sick?"

She scratched her head. "Maybe a few hours after that fight with Cinder? I'm not sure. Why?"

My eyes narrowed a little. Something was definitely wrong...

"I just wanted to know," I said. "Maybe we can find what, or who, poisoned you."

"Sounds good. But can I get back to my dorm now? I don't want to be around sick and injured people all day..."

Yang helped Ruby to her feet and we checked out of the infirmary. Once we got back to our dorm, Team CMSN was waiting to greet us.

"I'm glad to see Ruby is okay," Cinder said. "We had heard she'd gotten sick. So we wanted to stop by and see if she was okay."

"She's doing better," Yang said. "She was poisoned somehow. But we have no idea how."

Cinder looked thoughtful. "Hmm... maybe she ran into something that happened to poison her?"

Cindery eyes looked bright as she answered. She had a mischievous smile on her face.

"Maybe," I told her. "We should probably let Ruby get some rest. Thank you for checking on her."

Cinder smile widened. "It's no problem. We'll see you around."

I watched silently as they walked away. I then walked inside the dorm and shut the door behind me.

"I'm going to get some more sleep. Is that okay?" Ruby asked.

Yang nodded. "Of course. You need rest. I'll keep watch over you."

"Yang, I'm not a baby!" she insisted.

Yang hugged her. "Yes you are. You're my baby sister!"

"Yang! Get off!"

As they were playing around, I found myself looking outside. I saw team CMSN talking to some students.

"Blake, are you okay?" I heard Weiss ask.

I quickly turned around.
"Y-yeah. Sorry. I'm just out of it, I guess."

Weiss glared at me. "Something is clearly bothering you. If you need our help, then you can ask."

"No, I don't need help. I've just being thinking a lot about things."

"Oh yeah? Like what?" Weiss asked.

I gazed down at the floor.
"...I'm starting to get a weird feeling about Team CMSN."

"Huh? Why? We've only met them a few times."

"I'm not sure. Maybe it's just me..."

Weiss smiled. "Well, if they cause trouble, we can handle it. Nothing will stop Team RWBY."

I couldn't help but chuckle at her comment. I gazed outside the window again, looking at the students. Team CMSN wasn't anywhere to be seen. But I still had a bad feeling.

There's something off about Team CNSN... I thought.
