Jin whispered to Nayeon's ear while crying at his shoulder.

He has a disease that there's no one can heal, and today, he's about to leave Nayeon.... Alone....

Jin said while staring at Nayeon's eyes, that it was full of tears, and sadness. He hates seeing his lover like this, he didn't want to leave, but he need to leave. He fight with this disease for how many times, but sadly.. He can't take it anymore..

Meanwhile, Nayeon is sitting at the hallway while crying, holding her chest tighter.

And the doctor came out from the room and saw Nayeon.
