ACT ONE
(unrequited love)
GLENN CLOSED the door of the vehicle with a slam. He readjusted the gun in his hand, sighing a bit as he was pulled into a hug. "You're okay."
He didn't bother hugging back for long, instead he brushed Maggie off of him. He looked around the group for a moment as he furrowed his eyes.
Veroníca was no where in sight.
After his realization he immediately headed for Aiden, the man stood beside T-dog with his usual scowl.
When he was in front of the man he spoke up. "Where's Veroníca?"
At his question, Aiden furrowed his brows for a split second before he began smirking. Before Glenn could ask why the man was smirking, T-dog pulled his attention away.
"Who the hell is that?" At T-dog's question, the entire group looked in the backseat of the car.
"That's Randall." Glenn answered, still waiting for Aiden to answer his question.
"Guest room upstairs." Aiden mumbled as he began walking to the car, along with everyone else.
Glenn smiled at the information, immediately rushing up the stairs and into the house as he headed to that exact room.
Veroníca was still asleep when he walked in, which made the man smile. His smile dropped when he noticed the large gash on her forehead.
He then lightly pushed the girl awake, smiling for a second when she stretched. "Glenn?" She asked making him nod.
"In the flesh... Um—What's that?" The man said pointing at her head.
"Me and Lori went to go save you and Rick. Got in a car accident though.. It was badass." Veroníca joked, her laughter dying down when Glenn's mouth dropped.
"Vee.. You have got to be more careful."
Veroníca playfully rolled her eyes to prevent the man from releasing the pink tint on her cheeks. "Yeah, yeah.. How'd getting Hershel go?"
"Uh—Not the best?"
"Why not?"
"Well—We got shot at."
"What the hell? Glenn, Cariño.. You have got to be more careful." Veroníca mocked the man's words from moments early.
This made a smile appear on the man's lips, before he could tease the woman back. A knock on the doorframe interrupted the pair.
The duo looked over and were a little shocked to see Maggie. "We're having a meeting about Randall."
She then stormed back downstairs seeming pissed which confused Veroníca but didn't confuse Glenn.
"Who the hell is Randall?" Veroníca asked while Glenn helped his friend out of bed.
"Long story." He replied, smiling when Veroníca latched their arms together.
