Mending and Secrets

You were still standing just in front of the door way looking at Akeno waiting for her to make a move or something, you knew several slaps to the face where coming from her and knew that it is well deserved to.

"Rias please do me a favor and pinch right now so I can wake up now." Akeno says which catches you off guard a little.

"Akeno you aren't asleep now tell me who is he?" The red head now identified as Rias asked Akeno.

Akeno stands up and walks over to you carefully before standing within reaching distance of you. Getting some of where she is getting at you offer her your hand. You watch her move to touch it with hers. As soon as your hands touch you noticed warm and soft it is. She looks you straight into your eye after seeing that you were actually there.

You quickly turn to the other three in the room knowing somewhat what was about to happen.

"Excuse me ladies but um could you not interfere with what is about to happen because if you do you'll run the major risk to making things worse, and assuming that I survive I'll explain things as best as I can." You tell them.

They all just nod though Rias looked at me with a peculiar look. You turn back to Akeno to see that she is absolutely furious with you. That's when it happened, she without flinching summoned her biggest lightning attack spell and struck you with it. It felt as though you were going to evaporate into nothing. And then it stopped. The three girls look at you in shock that you were alive, let a lone standing.

"Akeno I think that it's about time you explain what's going on here." Rias said looking like she was still trying to understand how it was you were looking alright.

"Rias remember about my old friend I told you about?" Akeno turned to her and asked.

"Do you mean the boy who would come to the shrine to see you all the time?" Rias said.

"Yes, president." Akeno answers her.

'So she must be close to this Rias person to tell her about me, also why did she call her president?' You think to yourself.

Rias then gave you a cold look that might have worked on others but the old man gave you far worse ones in your time with him so her's had no effect on you.

"Akeno I know that what happened has been hurting you for a long time now and I deserve what ever punishment it is that you think it is that I deserve, but I left for some good reasons." You start your apology to her.

"Good reasons huh, what about your mother you weren't there for her funeral or when people were accusing you of killing her. Or when I lost my mother too, you bastard!"

That struck you hard. Not the accusations but the funeral and the fact that Shuri was dead too. She was like a second mother to you.

"Shuri's gone?" You say in an almost whisper like voice.

You can see Akeno's face sadden due to your reaction.

"What happened?" You say as you feel the need to hunt down sinners grow from within you.

Apparently the others can sense a change happening and motion Akeno to step away from you, but you don't want that so you start to take deep breaths to contain your need for vengeance.

"It's alright now." You say to all of them.

"Excuse me but what was that just now?" The girl with the short hair and glasses asks you. Though now that you look at her and Rias the both look like the two devil kings that you met when you were with the old man. These must be their siblings that they mentioned back then.

"Well some of it should be easy to explain considering your all Devils." You state earning surprised looks from all of them.

"How the hell do you know that?!" Rias exclaims.

"One I was able to sense it and two I've met both of your older siblings before." You state. You met them both when they showed up to talk to the old man about the howl you gave out when you became a rider a year after it happened.

That seemed to relax them a little bit but not by much.

"How did you meet them?" The one who you think their name was Sona or Serra, something like that.

"They showed up one day needing to talk to the person that I was staying with at the time." You decide to tell truth but hold back on most of it.

"What, was it they were talking about?" Rias asked.

"That will be something that you will have to talk to them about." You have no way to know what they know about riders so it's smarter to try to avoid it for now.

"And why is that." Sona/Serra asks.

"Because one it's not my job to tell you and two I don't care to tell most of you anyways." Saying that earned some glares.

"So what is it that your doing here really?"

"That's simple I was just here to get the bastard who's responsible for killing my mother and for trying to kill me."

You hear a gasp and know that it was Akeno as she starts to realize what happened.

"Or at least that was my plan before finding out Akeno was here as well."

"Are you going to leave me again?"

You turn to her.

"Not at all. I was planning to find you again anyways and explain everything to you anyways so you hopefully wouldn't hate me even if you found out that I was a monster's son."

"(Y/N), what do you mean by a monster's son."

"My so called father is a fallen angel." You say rather quietly but just loud enough for all of them to hear.

The room was silent and you look down in shame about your heritage. That was in tell you feel Akeno's hand underneath your chin a gently lift it up. You look at her and noticed that something was wrong with her wings. You see one wing is a devil wing like its supposed to be but the other was a fallen angels wing.

"How is that...." Is all you say before she explains it to you.

"So you see your father isn't the only bad one." She says to you.

"Well at least yours isn't the one who wants you dead."

That did it. She looks at you with a look of heart breaking sadness. She holds you and you hold her as she starts to cry.

The others are still trying to process all of the information that they got.

"Not to be rude or anything but what is your plan now?"

"Well for right now I plan to look for the bastard while also trying to catch up with Akeno while trying to keep her safe from him."

"But why does he want you dead?"

"Because I am a threat to him because of my mother's family's power, and that's all I am going to say about it for now." I don't want to give up to much right now.

They look like they want to know more about it but you think that it's time to change the conversation now.

"How about you help me get enrolled here at this school so then we can talk later about this." You say hoping as well as planning ways to dodge their questions about it.
