Chapter 4: Waiting for the day (aka a somewhat normal work day)

Sun ☀️ POV:
So it's been a few weeks since the news about me and Moon getting our own bodies. I'm started to slowly regret knowing this piece of information since I'm growing a bit impatient. This clearly shows making a few staff members aware of my weird behavior lately. But thankfully I haven't seen anyone report my behavior just yet and that's a good thing too! Since we have announced last week that only Monday the daycare will be open before getting close down for new upgrades. It's quite disappointing for me but hey a little vacation never hurt anyone right?

No one's POV:
Sun as usually power on around 4:45 am to do their duties. Making sure the daycare floors, walls, and furniture were spot clean. Before going to the art and crafts area to full up new art supplies just case some were broken. Then walking along their way into the naptime area to bring out new blankets and pillows for the children to sleep well on. Before carrying the old sheets and pillow all the way to the daycare's gate as a staff bot comes to pick it to clean them. Look around Sun seem to be satisfied at their work before checking on time. (5:35 am)

"Ah new world record!"

Sun said in cheerful soon noticing at they should probably getting ready. As they went back to the balcony, Sun stop by to check themselves in a mirror just for in case they have any dust or glitter on them. But looking closely they notice one of their sunrays were acting up before getting a warning signal on their screen. 

(ERORR: SUNRAY MALFUNCTION)

"Hmmmm..what did you do this time Sun..?"

"Good morning sleepyhead and I did nothing to them. I could have accidentally restart my system for my sunrays while I was cleaning."

"What exactly is going on with your sunrays?"

"Well it says that my one of sunrays got stuck. Like it can't get out somehow. Let me restart my system again if it helps"

(If you don't get it imagine a whac-A-mole but it can't get up to be hit)

(LOADING...SYSTEM FAIL TRY AGAIN)

"Come on now.."

So you might have guess this went on for a while until Sun decide to give up on hope. Becoming a bit frustrated since their sunray started to glitch out more.

"Moon...It's not working! Any ideas?"

"Well considering we only have 10 minutes before opening. I think you could just pull it out."
