Maybe He Is The One...!!

{Chapter 2} The Bus Ride...

~Moni's POV~
       Today is our first track meet and I am running the 100 meter, 300 hurdles and anchor for the 4 by 100 meter and Chris is running the 400 meter, 200 meter and 100 meter too...
-Before the meet at school-
      I see Chris walking up to me and he says "hey" just from his sexy voice i feel my knees get weak so I lean against the wall and say "hey" as normal and casual as I can, succeeding. While I was in my thoughts studying every little feature of his face, the way his lips move when he talks, the way his eyes sparkle, ect... Just thinking about him sent shivers down my spine (in a good way) .
He said my names multiple times "Moni Moni Moni Moni MONI!" He eventually yelled
"Yes" I said
"Did you even hear a word I said?" he asked
I said "yea" even though I was lost in his beauty and wasn't paying attention to what he said...
"O really.?!?!" "What I say then?" He said looking into my eyes.
"No, I was thinking about someone" I said looking back into his eyes after failing to avoid his gaze (I can't lie to him when I look into his eyes and he knows that).
"Who?" He asked firmly
I saw a quick gleam of jealous before he looked away and i froze thinking if I was imagining that or did he really just get jealous? If only he knew how I felt and I was thinking about him...
"We should get going to the bus so we can go dust these granny's" He said with a devilish smirk.
-Bus ride to Blooms High School-
I got on the bus sitting at the very back and watch as Chris sits next to me my nerves are going crazy for two reasons, one Chris is sitting right next to me and he's close.. two i'm nervous for the meet because no matter how fast you are there is always someone that can beat you...And i start to play with the 7 bangles I always wear on my right arm and Chris knows im nervous because I only mess with my bangles when im nervous.
"What's wrong" I hear the sexiest voice say and I shiver
"Nothing I am just fine" I stated to Chris
"No it isn't I know you and you only play with your bangles when your nervous" Chris argues
"Christopher Brian Morano I am fine" I say aggressively.. 
~Chris's POV~
        I wish she would realize she has nothing to worry about she is an amazing runner and she's super beautiful with the most perfect personality her body is just a big ass plus. Yes, I know what your thinking she would never go for someone like me...she isn't usually interested in guys that all the girls throw themselves at. But I wish I knew what she was thinking right now, I caught her gaze I couldn't help but look into her beautiful big brown eyes as I do I see confusion and love lust through her eyes before the bus went over a bump and she fell into my lap and she hesitates to get off my lap... embarrassment grows in her eyes as she quickly glances at me then looks out the window. About 5 minutes later the bus driver turns off the engine and everyone immediately stands and stretches because 40 minutes on a bus was a long time. "Moni" I say to snap her out her daydream (she seems to be having a lot of those lately) I thought to myself. She looks at me and smiles and I couldn't resist the smile that came to my lips..
