Fredrik stood in the kitchen making himself a coffee. After last going

into his room last night he hadn't been able to sleep. Rebecca and Avery's

argument kept on going through his head. He wished they wouldn't involve Anna

in this. All he wanted was for Anna not to be like the others. God, he hoped

Anna never had to meet them.

Fredrik walked over to the fridge and grabbed out the milk and went back

over to his coffee cup and poured the milk into it. He placed the milk back in

the fridge and started drinking his coffee. Hearing foot-steps Fredrick looked

up to see Rebecca walking toward the fridge.

"You okay now lassie?" He asked Rebecca, causing her to jump.

Rebecca let out a shaky breath before she turned to look at him and nodded.

"Yeah, I'm all good." She replied with a small chuckle . She

turned back around and grabbed a water bottle out of the fridge and leaned

against.

After taking a sip of water Rebecca sighed, "Fredrik, I need you to

take Anna to Jon's. People from the Council are coming and there's no way in

hell I'm letting ANY of them near her!"

"Goddamn it! They don't give up do they?" Growled Fredrik.

They were coming more frequently now. Last time Anna was here when they

came she was only about 4. It was a few weeks after Fredrik had joined the

Pierces in taking care of Anna. Anna had nightmares for weeks after that.

"I'll take her, don't worry about that." He told her before

continuing, "I remember Jon sayin' that Rickey wanted to meet her anyway.

May be good for her to meet someone close to her own age."

Rickey was Jon only child, she was a blonde little girl and where Jon

had brown eyes, Rickey had her mother's blue eyes. From when Fredrik meet her

for the first time he could tell that she was a very curious child.

[(Fredrik's POV)-first person view YAAAYYYYYY]

I carried Anna's and my bag to the car as she sat in the front seat. She

was jumping around constantly tell me to 'hurry up' because she wanted to

leave. Avery and Rebecca hardly took Anna out so me doing this made her so

happy.

I open the boot and place our bags in, we were going to stay for a

couple of days. Rebecca thought it would be best for Anna to be around Rickey

for a couple of day instead of a few hours. Closing the boot I walk around to

the driver's side of the car and hope in.

I look over to Anna to see that she already has her belt on and is

sitting crossed legged on the chair. "Ann what did I say about your

feet?" I ask her. Anna slowly uncrossed her legs and sat on the chair

properly giving me a lopsided smile. I smile back at her, "Thanks."

I put the key in the ignition and start the car. I clip my belt on and

start to leave the driveway when I feel a tug on my sleeve.

"Uncle Freddy, how long will it be until we get there?" Anna

asked me in a quiet voice.

"Few hours Ann." I told her before I stopped the car and

reached over to back seat and pulled the blanket that I kept on it and handed

it to Anna.

"You can sleep if you want. I'll wake you up when we get

there." I said before starting the car back up and leaving the drive way.

Anna wrapped the blanket around herself and leaned against the door.

With I reached over and placed my hand on her head. "Sleep well

Anna."
