Chapter 7: How the Hell Does he Know Maeve?

A grin got on Mr.LoveyDovey's face. " Not exactly Alex. Our ehm... Master, you can call him copied Alex. Probably been Naughty." He said. I gave him a confused look. He sighed. "You're clueless." He said. He grabbed my arm and led me to the back of the shop. "Ew what the hell is that smell? Did something die in there?" I said. He looked at me and stared. I blushed and looked down from embarassment. He let out a laugh as he opened the door. Alex laid on the floor helplessly and looked pale. Poor dude. Push that thought away and focus on Maeve. I thought. Don't worry about me hun. Just impress him. Remember don't fall for him since I can read your thoughts. Maeve said in my brain. I let out a sigh. "You tired?" He said. I looked up at him and slowly nodded. He gave me a sad look. "We have to help Alex, He seems insanely sick. Our ehm.. Master.. sucked the life out of him." He said. Alex looked at me with deep helpless blue eyes that were covered by his blonde hair. I smiled at him. He looks like an angel that gave up his immortal life for Earth. I reached out my hand for him. He slowly got up and mouthed thank you. Aww!! He seems so tired. I thought. "Look!" I pointed at the window in the room. they both looked over and Alex staggered. "Wot?" Mr.Loveydovery said. I snatched my wand from the back of my bra and froze everything, except myself. Of course, that must've given Maeve time to destroy that old jealous man sucking the life outta hotties creature. But I didn't freeze time to do that. I chanted a spell to Alex that fully recovered him, but luckily they won't notice what happened when everything unfreezes. I unfroze the time and quickly stuffed back my wand. "Come with me you two. I need to tell you something." I said.
