AN: btw the video is dedicated to their friendship (not a relationship)

I stumbled down the hallway to my locker and let out a great big yawn. I was so tired that it was the 10th yawn of the morning. I stretched out onto my tippy toes to reach for my history and LA books and slammed my locker shut. Walking down the hallway everything seemed so grey. I saw a kid the same age as me that looked as if he had been dumped, I felt bad for him. His violet hair was all over the place and he wasn't even looking where he was going. But then it hit me. There was only one person I knew that died their hair vibrant colors. Only one person that could deal with it falling out. And that was Michael Clifford. Before he walked past me I walked over to him and pulled him into a giant hug. He took it by surprise not knowing who I was at first. Michael had struggled with a lot of things in the past and the present. His family was falling apart and his sister died in a car crash last year. During the summer our friendship consisted of me calling him up everyday on the phone to make sure he was taking his depression pills when needed.
"Mikey, what's wrong?" I comfortingly said ribbing his back. Then was when he realized it was me. I swear I heard crying at first. And I could feel his heart beating fast. He pulled out of the hug and his weary eyes met mine.

"I was dying my hair last night in the bathroom upstairs and remembered I forgot to get some towels to clean up the mess I was about to make and I discovered mum on the kitchen floor.

"Oh my god. oh my god Mikey I'm so sorry is she okay? Oh my god Is she okay? Are you okay?" Mikey couldn't even look at me he was to afraid the feelings would show on his face. I shook my head and got out one last thing out of my mouth "Do you need help?" With that he hugged me tight and said "Why have you always been there for me?" I looked at him and felt terrible. He looked terrible.

"Because that's what friends are suppose to do."
He faintly smiled. I didn't Blame him for showing lack of emotion. I understood what he was going through.
"Ashton and I are so lucky to have you, you know that?"

"Yes I do." I laughed.

"Oh and Luke."

"No no Luke and I aren't- we are not- we're not together." What did that dick tell everyone?

"Oh you don't know? I'll tell you later on now isn't a good time."

"True, Starbucks after school. I want to talk with you and make shire everything's okay." He wrapped his arm around my neck smiling and we walked to LA in scilence.

When I walked into Music I sat in between Luke and Calum and started discussing the song.

"So what should it be about?" I asked. Calum smirked at me and so did Luke.
