Ming gets out of the trance of his memories when someone pats him on his head. He turns and sees grandma standing at the back. She said that she was calling him for a while, but he was busy daydreaming. She bents down and carries the little monster in her arms while Ming wipes his tears and gets food for her. Grandma asks him to not think about the past and focus on his baby only. Nothing has gone wrong so far and will not go further as well to which Ming nods.

A month later, Ming gets shocked and surprised by the sudden visit of the priest to their place. He was busy bathing Thorn when he heard grandma welcoming the priest to her house. His heart was thumping loud on seeing the priest in front of him. All the past events come rushing back to his mind tightening his hold on Thorn. The priest seems happy to see Ming who waied him and then gazes over the small bundle of joy in Ming's arm.

The priest pats Thorn's head and blesses him. Ming questions him about his surprise visit with fear in his voice. The priest ensures him that everything is safe. He tells Ming that he heard the news of his grandpa's death a week ago due to his old age. He waited for a week and after making sure that he wasn't being watched, he sneaked to the village to see Ming and share the news. Ming takes a deep sigh on hearing everything while the other 2 watch him.

Instead of feeling any sadness, Ming feels relaxed and relieved as if he was able to breathe again. All the trouble seems to end today for him. His pain, anger, fear, and all other emotions were at ease hearing the news. He remembers how Anna, grandma, and Win had a hard time calming him when the latter got the news of his parent's death from the priest who visited him for the last time. He even got mad at the priest for not telling him earlier but was consoled by Anna saying that it would have worsened his state further during the pregnancy.

Grandma just hugs Ming tightly who lets out all his emotions by crying. After a few moments, Thorn feels being squeezed in these elders' hugs. He starts getting restless gaining everyone's attention while grandma chuckle at the little monster. Ming thanks the priest again and again for the news while the latter tries to calm him.

The priest suggests to Ming that now he should return with him so that he can finally be with his family and most importantly get proper care for his health that has been going down with every passing day. Even grandma suggests Ming do the same. She says that it's not only Thorn who needs nourishment and care but him too.

All this while, Ming made sure to keep Thorn healthy but neglected himself. So, now that his biggest fear has ended, he should return to his family and also focus on his health with proper treatment. They both know how much attention both the baby and Ming need due to such a stressful pregnancy. All the care and attention that they can get back in the city would never be available in this old village.

Ming understands their concerns but still feels unsure about the return. He tells them even when grandpa is dead, what if one of grandpa's loyal men is still out there to harm them. Even the priest could not deny it knowing how all of the men were looking for the poor soul all day and night. Grandma tries to suggest that it might be their overthinking, but even she couldn't shrug off the tiny possibility of this being true.

They are busy discussing such things while Thorn feels being forgotten, so he catches their attention with a loud wail. Ming carries his baby to another room and feeds him while grandma and the priest think of some way. After a while, Ming came out of the room where grandma and the priest are busy thinking of a way to solve the "what if" problem. Ming sighs, he removes his wedding ring and the gear.

Ming caresses both of them and then gives it to the priest much to the latter's confusion. Ming tells the priest about his P'Forth and the gang in detail. He says that he is not sure whether his husband and friend live in the same place as before or shifted somewhere because most of them were in dorms. And, using phone numbers is not an option remembering the fact that his grandpa hacked them before.

Ming requests the priest to take back his ring and gear with him. He tells him about P'Forth's old address. After a small pause, he tells the priest that one of his friend's dad owned a hospital where some of his friends might be working now. Ming suggests the priest reach any of them and give them his possessions as they will be able to identify them, but still be cautious for any unknown danger.

Ming requests that when he finds any of them, tell them about everything that has happened and ask them to check for anyone out there to harm him before reaching out to him. The priest ensures him that he will do his best to reach out to his family and make sure none of them could find Ming until they make sure it's safe. Ming thanks him for all his help while grandma calls all of them for lunch.

They eat while cooing and chuckling over Thorn's antics who is giving a hard time to his mae by throwing food everywhere. 'Mae give no bewb, so baby won't eat food. Baby only needs bewb, food is not good' Thorn thinks. The priest takes his leave after lunch while Ming is still struggling to make Thorn eat who is busy conquering over his mae's bewbs.
