Days had passed and not one word had been heard from Deku.

Katsuki had been searching through the greenette's items all day, wishing he'd find something, anything that could lead him closer to finding the man. The police had even gotten involved.

Most nights he'd nap for only up to a couple of hours, due to his thought process. He felt so vulnerable as if he were overreacting when he knew damn well he wasn't.

There's nothing more painful than this, he guessed while reaching into the male's binder full of drafts, scraps, and the final he was supposed to release. He gazed over the lyrics with sorrowful eyes.

"Stop being all sappy n' shit, come to the store with me."

Katsuki's soul nearly flew out from his ribcage. He glanced over at a red-headed boy, whose hair was fading, obviously being dyed, "How long have you been standing there?" The blonde questioned him as he set aside the papers, soon standing up from the cluttered mess around him.

Kirishima smiled at him, "Longer than you'd like."

...

They walked down the aisle of cold goods. "What'd you need anyway?" He asks the male who stared cheerfully at the tons of ice cream jugs.

"What's it look like to you?"

Katsuki went silent.

"Look, I know your upset about that random dude, but you can't just expect him to show up out of the blue, y'know?"

"Yeah, okay."

"I'm not trying to bash your feelings, bro. It's just that I think you should take care of yourself now and then. I see what you do," The red bluntly uttered while pulling out a chocolate ice cream jug from the freezer.

The red crimson male tilted his head to the side while watching his friend set the food into the cart, "Explain?"

"Well, for starters, all you do is cry to me about the guy."

"I don't cry!"

He rolls his eyes before walking further with the cart and into the chip aisle, "That's not what I meant. What I'm saying is that all you do is a worry, maybe he's visiting family or friends back at home."

He had a point. Maybe he just didn't want anything to do with work right now. He did seem stressed that one day, it was rather worrying.

The way pulled himself into his bed just to comfort him. It all felt too... Odd.

"Anywho, what do you want to eat? Were here anyways!"

...

"Did you find anything about that Izuku Midoriya yet? If we don't then we're gonna have to search," A police officer crept around the corner to her co-worker Denki.

"...Who?"

"Greenette, 24-year-old, male?" Jirou added.

He spun around his chair before jerking his head, "No signs. Tried calling the so-called mother and got no answer," He whirled back around, "However we do have some security footage from an alley close by here."

"Well, then why'd you say no signs?!" She wept out, just before leaning onto the back of his chair and gazing at the computer with a puzzled, clueless, expression. She watched as the computer screen showed Izuku strolling the street shamelessly.

Suddenly, a male comes and hits him to the ground, armed.

"Holy shit," She tells before backing up from Denki. The blonde peeked back at her with furrowed eyebrows.

"That was only a week ago, around nineish pm?"

...

Katsuki walks into the bathrooms of his workplace, soon catching gazes with the one and only Kirishima. He smiled, nearly laughing at the sight in front of himself, "What's in your hair?" He asked, already knowing what it was, but was concerned about why he was doing such a thing at work.

"You do not wanna know."

"You're right, I don't."
