I guess it's time for class.
Moon soared through the sky, carrying her studying scroll. She held it tight and flicked her tail. She felt the warm breeze on her face.
"Hey, Moon! Hurry up!" Kinkajou said, flapping her wings.
Moon rolled her eyes and smiled.
Kinkajou was her best friend.
"Come on guys. We're going to be late." Turtle said, pointing his head to the academy.
Moon dived down and landed by the door beside other dragonets.
Some Nightwings and Sandwings were talking.
An Icewing and Skywing were-
Ew. Gross. Me and Winter do not do that, Moon thought, putting her hand beside her face, blocking out the two dragonets.
"Look. It's Moonwatcher." A Nightwing whispered.
Moon frowned and looked down, walking to the classroom.
Qibli and Winter were tail-wrestling, waiting for Tsunami.
"Hello, boys." Moon said.
"Hi." They both said, waving.
Moon smiled and sat down at her seat. She layed out her scroll and started reading.
Ok, claw 3 to wing 6...no. Teeth 7 to tail 4...ok. That'll work, Moon thought while studying.
Winter walked over and sat down beside her.
He put his wing around her. "So, what's the whole study thing? Claw to tail? Teeth to wing?" He asked, tilting his head.
Moon shrugged. " That's what Tsunami gave us. How to defend or fight to survive." She said, pointing to the writing on the scroll.
Tsunami walked through the door and sat down at the board.
"Hello, class." She said, smiling.
"Did you do your homework?"
"Yes, Tsunami." They all said.
Kinkajou pulled out her study scroll and placed it on the desk. Turtle sat beside her and looked up at Tsunami.
Moon nodded and nudged Winter to go back to his seat. Winter rolled his eyes and smiled. He walked back to his seat and Qibli smiled at him.
"Alright, guys. Let's take up the scrolls." Tsunami pointed to the board.

Later,
Moon walked out of the academy and sighed.
She had a few scrolls under her arm.
Kinkajou skipped out of the academy and was holding 2 scrolls in her mouth.
"Kink. Take those out of your mouth." Turtle said, rolling his eyes.
Kinkajou yanked the scrolls out and put them under her arm. Moon smiled and watched every dragonet walk out.
"Maybe Winter and Qibli are late?" Turtle said, looking back at the academy door.
Qibli and Winter walked out the door, holding their scrolls. "Hey, Moon. Need help?" Winter asked, blushing.
Moon smiled and shook her head.
"I'm fine." She said, poking Winter's nose.
Winter smiled and kissed Moon's nose.
Moon blushed and smiled.
"C'mon, lovebirds." Qibli said, giggling.
Winter rolled his eyes and opened his wings.
He flew up and took off. Moon followed him and the others.
Oh, how I love Winter. He's so handsome. He loves me, too. But, he needs to go home t'morrow.
I'm scared.
I have to go with him.
