"Wake up sleepyhead! Wake up!"

Someone shook me off from my be...wait? Why is my bed small? Wait, why am I sleeping on my couch?

"Earth to Chelsea! Wake up! Today is the day, remember?" Brianna said while shaking me.

"Today is the what?" I asked. I honestly don't remember a thing.

"Today is the day we are going to commence our plan. The New Chelsea Plan!" She said with so much enthusiasm. Ugh, my head's throbbing with her every word.

"It's like 5 in the freakin morning, Bri! Go back to sleep. Let's start tomorrow or later." I said while standing up and heading to my room.

"I know this would happen so I have some aspirin and a glass of water for your hangover. Now go get change and let's go." Brianna handed me some meds and a water. I took it from her and went to my room. This girl is the death of me.

When I'm done, we went to the park near my house. It was a nice day and since it was still early, there are only few people.

"Ok, let's start with some relaxing exercise." Brianna said while holding two rubber mats.

"Ok? Where did you get that? Actually, how did you even prepared for this when we are both passed out in my couch?" I raised my brow at her. Again, this girl is going to be the death of me. My head is still throbbing from last night yet she's able to drag me here.

"Well, unlike you, I don't have a hangover. Plus, I'm a morning person. I woke up at around 4 am so I went home and get this stuff." She replied. She started laying down the mats and motioned for me to stand above one mat.

"Alright, for today, we'll start with Yoga so you can relax and find your inner peace." Brianna said then she started doing some poses. I tried copying her but failed.

"Bri, this isn't working. I can't find my so called inner peace." I sat down on the mat, exhausted.

"That's because you are still new to this. Let's start with the easy ones. Come on, Chels. I know you can do it. You are strong and beautiful. What we are doing is just finding the confidence you need." Bri smiled and pulled me up. This girl might be the death of me but she's also the best friend one could ever ask for.

We went for a few more poses and I can't help but feel relax. Maybe doing Yoga really does help you find inner peace.

"That's it for today. We can do this everyday." Brianna said while clapping her hands. Such a kid.

"Bri, we have work remember? Plus our schedule is quite unpredictable especially since we are on the media side."

"Then let's find a way. We can do this every other day plus yoga doesn't need to be done in the morning only." She replied with a huge smile on her face. Nothing's gonna stop this girl.

"Fine. Let's do this thing. Oh and are you going to change my diet?" I asked with some hint of sarcasm.

"Of course. I'll just cut down a few but not totally change it. I'm not going to deprive you of food. But you need to exercise even if I'm not around. Enroll in yoga classes and gym memberships." She said while packing the mats. She have this planned alright.

"Fine. So what's our next agenda for today?" I asked with a smile.

"Since it's a Saturday, want to go out for some girl bonding?" She asked. The look she's giving me makes me feel hopeful that today is gonna be a great day.

"Sure. Let's make this the best day ever!" I smiled and pulled her back to my place to get ready.

For several times a week, Brianna and I would go to the gym and join some yoga classes. Despite the stress of work, we still find time to exercise. As promised, she didn't deprived me of food but she did made some changes but I'm ok with it.
