—Kira's POV—

"Dmitri?!" I said shocked because I didn't know that he was behind the door, nor that he would help us find the truth.

"You'll really help us?" Damon asked him shocked because he probably didn't expect him to help us just as me.

"You don't need to search through anything, I'll tell you everything, everyone who knows about Kira knows about this expect you two" He said as Damon and I looked at him with a resting bitch face.

"Why the fuck?!" We both said at the same time because it's really ridiculous.

Why would everyone who knows about me know everything except me and Damon who are the only people involved in whatever happened??

"You'll get to know everything tomorrow. And by the way, I wasn't listening to you, I just came to see if you calmed down" He said as I nodded my head.

"Tell Talia to come sleep with us" Damon told Dmitri as he nodded his head and left the room, not closing the door after him probably because Talia is coming to sleep with us.

"Wait- Why is Talia awake at this time? What time even is it?" I asked Damon.

"She woke up to your screams, so Dmitri took her to her rom and I told her that once you wake up I'll call her to come and sleep with us, and it's 3:57 A.M" Damon answered as I nodded my head.

Talia then came to our room, and laid on the bed between us as she hugged Damon and I hugged her from behind. She wanted to sleep like that, because she said she missed Damon and at the same time she wants me to hug her. We stayed in that position long enough until we all fell asleep with a smile plastered on our faces.

Despite everything that has happened today, but it still was a good day. I had fun having dinner with Talia and Dmitri, it was amazing chatting with Pearl and Alfonzo, it was heavenly having Damon back at home after 4 days that were like hell. So today, every bad thing that happened, a good one happened to make up for the bad one. This is what I love the most about life, every bad thing that happens, a good one happens to make up for it.

THE NEXT DAY

—Damon's POV—

I was sleeping heavily and happily, it has been a few days since I have had such a nice and long sleep. But SUDDENLY my sleep got disturbed by wet kisses all over my face and tickling all over my body.

I opened my eyes only to find Talia kissing me all over my face while Kira was tickling my stomach and feet.

"S-s-stop!!" I said trying hard to talk because of the tickling feeling.

"Daddy, wake up!" Talia said said as she sat on my chest and cupped my cheeks making a duck face.

I made a duck face like her and kissed her all over face as she broke down giggling from the ticklish feeling all over her face.

As I was kissing Talia's face while Kira was looking at us with a smile on her face, a knock on the door interrupted us.

"Come in" Kira said as Dmitri opened the door with his phones and wallet in his hand.

"Good morning, I have to go, work emergency. Come home at 5:00 P.M If you wanna know everything" Dmitri said as Kira got up from he bed and stood in front of him.
