When they return to the hall, Grell is greeted by Ronald who hugged her taking everyone by surprise, Ciel looked at the Undertaker who just smiled.
"I was worried, are you okay?" asked the blonde, taking her by the shoulders and looking at her worriedly.
"Yes, I went to punish Sebastian, it's all right and in agreement now." Grell said, still stunned by what had happened.
"Ciel, thank you for listening to me, I recognize my mistakes in cooperating with my mother's crimes, but I didn't want to leave the burden to her alone, you know?" Grell asks fearfully.
"I won't say I fully understand, but I understand my aunt's attitude and thirst for revenge, I'm not hypocritical enough to judge her and do the same. But I'm not going to agree with what she did either, you know?" The boy answers and the girl nods.
The trio say their goodbyes and head to Undertaker's funeral home. The couple was silent as the Shinigami prepared tea for the three, as soon as he served them and in that uncomfortable silence, the platinum man decides to nudge the couple.
"When are you getting married?"
"What?" The younger ones exclaimed, startled by the question and by the break in the silence.
-Oh, are they really going to hide that they like each other?-Says Undertaker putting his hand on the column.
"It's not that..." The two began to curl up.
"Go get laid, there's a room on the right for you." Said the platinum man jokingly going to the basement leaving the couple alone.
"What a foul-mouthed old man!" Ronald exclaimed, shouting for Undertaker to hear.
"Never mind," Grell said, holding him. "Is that true?" He continued.
"Yes." The blond boy answers, and the redheaded Phantomhive smiles, without hesitation, the girl kisses the Shinigami, surprising him.
"You didn't even wait for me to propose?" Ronald asked and Grell laughed.
A few days passed, and Grell was fixing Angelina's mansion, the redhead inherited Madame Red's inheritance in full by not having siblings on her mother's side. When he passed the entrance exam he decided to study medicine, but he specialized in necromancy due to the art and skill that with time living with Undertaker he learned to like, and also started to help the platinum Shinigami in his funeral home.
After William's father found out that Grell called off the wedding, he came with the lawyer to discuss the matter with the girl, while she was talking to Undertaker at her mansion. Noticing who the man was, the platinum decides to leave the two alone, going to the kitchen.
"I heard from William that you betrayed him and called off the wedding," the older man said, taking the liberty of sitting on the upholstery.
"What he told you is a lie, I would never betray you in any way. What happened is that I suffered an attempt of harassment by a servant, but that is not the case because I punished him, but I canceled the wedding because his son falsely accuses me and publicly humiliates me, but also, because I don't have any more interests for him." Grell said placing the green tea on the coffee table.
"I would like to have my dowry back." Said the man and Grell approaching said:
"I am not an object to be sold, please remove yourself from my house." However, the man tried to resist until he saw that she pulled a dagger close to his neck.
"Get out!" he ordered firmly and the boy left.
Sighing, the woman climbed the stairs and went to her room, however, suddenly Ronald appears through the window with his Death Scythe scaring her.
