Act 16 (2/3): 'A Hunt For A Yordle'

Author: I like to think that Silco and Vander would have a similar relationship to Graves and Twisted Fate.

You lead the way through the Hexgate with Sally on your shoulder followed by Jinx, Sarah, Emma, Marvin, Fizz and Barry. You all stand in the middle of Bilgewater.

Sarah: There's a lot of bars, taverns and pubs here in Bilgewater so we're going to have to split up. Jinx you and Marvin head west, me and Barry will head north, Y/N and Emma head east and Sally and Fizz head south.

Y/N, Jinx and Emma: What?!

Sarah: It's nothing personal but I need you rein to get along so I'm forcing you work together.

You and Emma look to one another with a glare. Jinx pouts as Marvin places a hand for comfort on her shoulder.

Marvin: I'm sure they'll be fine.

Jinx: But I wanted to go with Y/N... No offense.

Marvin: None taken.

Emma looks at Sarah with pleading eyes.

Emma: Please tell me you're just playing a mean prank right?

Sarah: Nope... Get moving. We're in a hunt for a Yordle, let's go!

Everyone but you and Emma nod and run off in separate directions. Jinx slowly moved away whilst occasionally turning with slightly sad eyes to you.

Y/N: Hey Emma.

Emma turns to you in annoyance.

Emma: What?

You slowly turn to face Emma with a frightening smile.

Y/N: Let's quickly find that Yordle so that we can focus on getting payback on the so called captain.

Emma: Smartest thing you've said.

(Timeskip - Fifteen minutes later)

You and Emma arrive at a tavern near the docks and right next to a noticeboard full of wanted posters. Once inside you notice a few familiar faces.

Graves: I love you sooooo... soooo much!

Twisted Fate begins dragging his very drunk partner across the floor when he spots you and Emma causing him to drop Graves. Graves hits his head on the ground.

Graves: Ow.

Twisted Fate: Well I'll be damned... Y/N, what's up?

Y/N: We're in a hunt for a Yordle.

Twisted Fate gives you a look of surprise before turning to Emma.

Fate: Is it just the two of you?

Emma: The captain insisted we split up. And as a sick joke made us two go together.

Twisted Fate: I see... You say your hunting a Yordle, right?

You and Emma turn to each other before turning back to Fate.

Y/N and Emma: Yeah.

Twisted Fate: Well we happen to be hunting one two. One capable of some powerful magic. Teleportation being his specialty.

Y/N: He must be the one who robbed me and spread those rumours about Salvadore's chest in Zaun.

Twisted Fate: Yeah we heard about the Yordle spreading that nonsense. I mean Salvadore... Come on he's a thing of the past. Me and Graves here... We're the real big deals.

Y/N: Yes you are... When you say big deals you mean like reputation right and not...

Fate: Not what?

Graves kicks Fate causing him to flinch in pain and hop on one foot like a flamingos because I'm pretty sure they do that.
