Act 4 (1/3): 'Partners In Crime'

Author: Each act from now on will be in 3 parts like the show. I am not very good at keep writing serious, which might be ok since lunatic mechanic and loose cannon but I will try to have a plot. It will probably get more exciting the further in the act.

(Set during the time Fishbones was fired)

At Jericho's food stand.

Y/N: Delicious as always, Jericho!

Jericho laughs in amusement while chopping up more sea things.

Y/N: I know Sally, we should be looking for Pinky but the under city is quite big and she may even be heading to topside. I'm not sure we can sneak across the bridge and you know I can't swim.

Jericho stares at you with a smile before placing another bowl of delicious fish bits. Suddenly you hear a huge explosion in the distance causing you, Jericho and pretty much everybody to look towards the council building.

Y/N: Yay the council blew up! Wait won't that mean they'll send Enforcers down here? Damn... Wait that's a good thing, now we can fight for our independence or whatever Silco wanted for Zaun. Wait we're not actually Zaun yet, well damn.

You look back to your food taking a few bites before moving your head quickly back to facing the explosion.

Y/N: Hey I bet that's Jinx's doing! That means she got Fishbones working! Although the explosion seems smaller than predicted, probably due to the crystal being a more stabilised version.

You finish the rest of your meal before gettting up and you place a bunch of coins on to the stand.

Y/N: Bye Jericho thanks for the meal!

You wave at Jericho vetting one in return before rushing off back to your shop. Upon arriving you immediately head behind the counter and start moving scrap off your counter.

Y/N: Yeah, I really do need to clean this place up. I have more scrap than I have customers. I need to build something.

Jinx: Like what?

Jinx pops up in front of you surprising you causing you to get into a weird flamingo pose but relax when you notice it's Jinx

Y/N: It's just you. You scared me Blue.

Jinx smiles as you notice her eye are purple and she looks tired.

Y/N: Did you take shimmer?

Jinx smiles as she walks over to you slowly.

Y/N: I like your eyes. They are really pretty.

Jinx blushes slightly as she continues towards you.

Y/N: Oh yeah and I saw that explosion, Fishbones worked. Amaaaaaziiiing!

You watch Jinx as she now stands in front of you as you've turned from the counter to face her.

Y/N: Are you alright?

Her smile fades.

Jinx: Silco's gone. All my fault. Vi doesn't love me, she loves Powder but not me... You said your shop is always open for me did you mean it?

You look at Jinx with sorrow as you were just starting to bond with Silco. You pull Jinx into a hug and stroke the top of her blue hair.

Y/N: Of course. After all Sally, you and me are friends. Shut it Sally. Don't mind her she's a bit cranky today because I did something stupid.

Jinx: What did you do?

Y/N: Bump into your sister and not realise it's your sister even though she has pink hair and the word Vi was tatood on her face. I thought it was just a coincidence but Sally kept telling me it was her but I didn't listen.
