"I think you've ruined my dating life". That was the first thing that came out of Chaeyoung's mouth as soon as I sat beside her.
I blinked hard, to take in her words.

"How so?", I inquired.
She sighed, "No one is going to believe we don't like each other anymore".
My eyes widened, "We don't like each other?".
Her cheeks were heating up, "Not the point, I.. I like you as a friend, of course".
Woman was lying to my face.
"Friends my chicken ass, Rosé, there is nothing wrong with liking someone a bit unusual". I smirked at her and placed a hand on top of hers, making her even redder, "I can be the exception".
"You're too cocky for my liking". She frowned and crossed her arms to avoid my hand that was on hers.
"I don't see anyone complaining about drinking coke".
"Jisoo, what are you saying?".
"I'm just saying, sodas come in all flavors, you would dislike some, and love some. And, I can be that exception for you". I winked her way.
She rolled her eyes.
Jennie is seriously affecting her with her sassy behavior.

"And, since we're friends now, don't fall in love with me again".
I knew what she was referring to.
She was referring to the first time I confessed to her Sophomore year, she was sweet in the start but soon started running away like a pussy cat running from its owner. Despite the rejection, I knew she wouldn't last long without me. Hell, who would?
"You make love sound like a sin". I smiled, "And why does everyone believe we even like each other then?".
I knew the answers to all of my questions, but I loved hearing the answers from her.
In exaggeration, she answers, "Jisoo, you always kiss my cheek in front of the jocks or some random guys, and once, when I got hit on by a guy that I liked, you trapped him inside the Janitor's—".
I cut her off by kissing her cheek once again.
She stopped speaking.
I laughed, "See? Your reaction says it all, there is nothing to be afraid of when it comes to liking me, Chaeyoung". I admitted, watching how she was searching my eyes curiously, "Because I feel the same way, plus, I'm not like Lisa and Jennie, I won't pretend like my feelings for you don't exist when they do".
