Jennie

Previously on another episode of me hating men:

"Well, hello there, princess".

I hiss in pain and then realize who it was.

Seth.

With his boys, isolating me.

He smirks, "Trouble in paradise isn't it?".

"What do you want?". I kept my guard up, not letting the number of the men around me get to me.

"Weeks back, I would've said you, but I already got what I wanted". Seth moved closer, invading my personal space and making me wish there was someone with me right now, to teach him a lesson.

He looked over at his friends and then muttered, "For one, seeing you this miserable, and for two, I already fucked y--". I slapped him hard, watching him stare at me in horror.

His friends were looking at each other, wondering how I had the courage to slap him.

"You need to know that I'm the last woman you've ever touched, cause from now on, everyone will see what a scumbag you are". I tried to smile proudly, even though the anger in his eyes was telling me to run, to find somewhere to be.

"You little bitch--". Seth raised his hand, but it was caught in the air.

"Laying a hand on a woman? How low can you be?". Lisa's shadow towered over my tiny body, blocking him from touching me. She plowed him hard, her voice as mild as ever, and I could tell she was smirking from the way her tone was steady yet full of mockery, "Learn boundaries, little man".

One of the guys couldn't help but laugh.

I smiled and watched Seth stand there in embarrassment.

I encouraged, "Little man? What a perfect description, Lis".

She nodded in pride as Seth took the last step back, raising his index finger warningly, "This is not the end, both of you!".

He stumbled off, shoving the friend that laughed away while his clones followed him.

Once they were out of our sight, Lisa turned over to me, I awkwardly shifted my weight from one leg to the other and muttered, "What?".

Her eyes were unreadable, they were conflicting me.

She crossed her arms, "I leave you for two minutes and this is happening?".

"What am I supposed to do?".

"Stand up for yourself, Jen. You can't let men like him get the satisfaction of ever having you". Lisa's protectiveness was masked by something cold, "Not him or anyone, do you hear me?".
