Chapter 19: pregnancy

Nickis POV
I was with Tiffany just chilling in her house, I Still haven't told drake or Tiffany that I'm pregnant.

Nicki: Tiffany?

She turned around from her stool to face me

Tiffany: yea

Nicki: I need to tell you something?

Tiffany: what?

Nicki: I'm pregnant

Her face dropped then she smiled

Tiffany: YAAAY congratulations!!! I'm going to be an auntie, I'm going to be an auntie

She started doing this dance in circles

Nicki: but,..

Tiffany: but what?

Nicki: I haven't told Aubrey yet

Tiffany: how come?
She sat back down

Nicki: I'm just afraid he wouldn't accept it.

Tiffany: just call him now put it on speaker.

I nodded

I dialled his number, he answered on the third ring.

Drake: hey babe
Nicki: hey Aubrey
Drake: so it's Aubrey now *kisses his teeth*

I laughed

Drake: anyways, what's up?

Nicki: I'm just chilling in tiffanys house, and I have to tell you something.

Drake: what's wrong?

Nicki: I'm - pregnant
I started to cry

Drake: it's okay nic, why are you crying? how long are you

Nicki: 2 weeks
I sniffed

Drake: don't cry, I'll be with you though this whole experience. I'm so excited I'm going to be a dad,

I could hear how excited he was on the phone.

Nicki: I haven't told my mom yet, I'm scared

Drake: em, we can do like a family dinner thing, and we can tell them all then, and plus we are graduating in a few weeks.

Nicki: mhmm, I'll call you later ok?

Drake: alright bye, love you

I was in my room just on my laptop online looking for baby clothes, it was crazy to think I'll soon be a mother.

I could see my stomach getting bigger.

Then my mom walked into my room

Carol: onika, what are you doing on your laptop this late.

Nicki: I'm just looking at stuff to order mom.

Carol: oh nice show me

Without my permission she took my laptop from my lap and scanned the screen.

Carol: onika what's this

I sighed
Nicki: mom i have to tell you something

She looked at me with a serious face.

Nicki: I'm pregnant

Carol: WHAT? Onika you are only 18 and your pregnant?! Is it aubreys baby?

Nicki: yeah it is aubreys baby mom, I never had any other boyfriend

She sighed

Carol: onika you promise me this, you will always love your child no matter what, okay?

Nicki: yes mom

She pulled me into a hug
