Chapter 6

After few weeks passed, the exam finally ended.

"It's finally over!" Haseul stretched her arms. "Ji, how did you do?"

"I'm pretty sure I did better than last time." Jiwoo smiled while putting her stuff in her bag.

"Okay! I treat everyone today for dessert!" Hueningkai exclaimed making the girls cheered.

When the exit the classroom, Hueningkai spotted Soobin and Sunghoon walking by.

Just seeing Sunghoon made his blood boiled remembering what he saw last time.

"HEY!" He yelled at them and grabbed Sunghoon's collar.

"What's up with you? What did Class A do this time to you?" Sunghoon sighed, getting tired of the guy's behaviour.

"I'm going to-" before he can continue what he was saying he thought of something.

'No, I can't.. it's my duty to protect Jiwoo.'

"I'm going to treat you dessert. Do you prefer soft tofu or shaved ice?" He asked nicely.

"Why are suddenly so nice?" Sunghoon creeped out. Then he suddenly smirked. "I get it. Even if you treat me today, Jiwoo still have to clean all the 12 grade classrooms tomorrow. How about start with Class A?"

"You-" Hueningkai can't hold his temper but his friends hold him back.

After a few days, almost all of the students gather at the hall board to see who's top 100.

Jiwoo ran to the board to checked Soobin's name.

1st         Choi Soobin            200
2nd        Park Sunghoon        198

Jiwoo let out a relief sigh.

"Thank god I didn't let him down."

Then she saw Soobin passing by.

"Soobin!" She called while no one was looking since they were too busy with the names on the board.

"Congrats on getting full mark and being first again." She smiled.

"Same to you." He said then walked away, leaving her with wide eyes then quickly ran back to the board.

"Hey, Soobin. I thought you never checked the board." Sunghoon approached his friend.

"I was just passing by." Soobin lied, hiding the fact he was checking the board to see Jiwoo's name on it.

"I see. Let me take a look." He said and walk to the board.

"Damn,I lost by two points. I'm in second place again." He muttered to himself.

Suddenly, a scream was echoing the building.

"I MADE IT! I MADE IT" Jiwoo squeal.

Sunghoon quickly looked at the bottom of the board.

"No way." He said, disbelief.

"Who said a dummy from Class F can't make it." She smirked at Sunghoon.

"Wow! This is unbelievable." Sunghoon said still widened his eyes. "Anyway, congrats, Kim Jiwoo."

"Thanks. Guess you have to clean the classroom yourself." Jiwoo sticked her tongue and ran to her class.
