Yumi releases Yuzuru. "Don't worry, Mom. I will be careful and try not to be injured again!"Yuzuru assured her. Yumi smiles at her son, "I trust you, son!" she said before she went inside the bedroom to unpack.

"Mom, I am going out for a second. I am going to meet Brian."  Yuzuru said as he got his jacket. A tall and big man automatically follows Yuzuru as he goes out of the apartment. The JSU is still requiring a bodyguard for him.

Yuzuru is a bit nervous to see Brian again. It has been a long time since the two talked to each other—personally. In a restaurant near their apartment, Yuzuru saw Brian sitting at the table in the back. He walks towards him and hugs him instantly, "Brian!" he said, almost teary. Brian hugs him too, "Yuzu!". The two sat down while his bodyguard stood behind them.

"Let's begin our business, shall we?" Brian initiates, and he calls the waiter.

Yuzuru nods.

After the waiter leaves, Brian and Yuzuru start talking.

"What's your plan?" Brian asked.

"Hmm, I know, you know that I want 4A...by Grand Prix Finals, maybe?" Yuzuru hesitantly replied.

"First, hear me out. Not that I don't want you to perform a 4A. I know you can do it, but Grand Prix Finals is near." Brian counters his request. He can see the disappointment in Yuzuru's eyes. Brian holds Yuzuru's hand to calm him down, "Yuzu, you can perform 4A, but I am thinking in Worlds." he said.

Yuzuru gets his hand from Brian and gives him a look that says he can't understand what he is saying. "But the Worlds is too far away!" Yuzuru appealed.

Brian puts his hands on the table and explains more, "But we cannot risk another injury. Actually, we might skip Grand Prix this year to focus on the 4A," he said.

"Skip the Grand Prix?!?" Yuzuru said in disbelief. He can't believe he is hearing this ridiculous idea.

"You have two options. First, you can compete in Grand Prix and forget the 4A. And second, forget Grand Prix; compete at Nationals; qualify for Worlds, and perform 4A. Worlds is a bigger stage, and I think 4A deserves that. You deserve that." Brian said firmly.

As much as Yuzuru doesn't like the idea of skipping the Grand Prix again, he can't argue. He knows Brian will only say things that will help him. And at the end of their conversation, they both agree that Yuzuru will only compete in Nationals and Worlds.
