Luca didn't know how to feel. He rubbed his face, hands touching his belly soothingly. He couldn't believe it. He was pregnant! On one side, he was happy. When he and Alberto were dating, he always ranted about starting a family with Alberto. Luca had always been waiting for this moment to happen. And now, this was it. He was carrying his baby. A small, bundle of a person, or, siren in this case. Still tiny inside of him now, but one day, becoming a breathing child. He was going to become a parent. Become a mommy. Oh, how excited was he!
But on the other, he was scared of how Alberto would react to their new little siren. He might leave him, and then..... his life would be uprooted into a downward spiral. He was so worried. He walked out of the bathroom where as he saw Amelia and Giulia sitting on his and Alberto's bed. "So, how did it go?" The scale asked. Luca was silently crying, slowly raising the positive pregnancy test. "I KNEW IT! I KNEW IT! I'M GONNA BE AN AUNT!!!" the ram yelled out. Amelia caught Luca's tears leaving trails of teal behind. "What's wrong?" The blonde worriedly asked. "What if he leaves me? I-I don't w-wanna l-l-lose the love of m-m-m-y l-l-l-l-life.." Luca stuttered then began to cry. "It's gonna be okay. You and Alberto talked about it before, right?" Giulia soothed Luca's tears down. "Mmhm.." Luca replied. "So, there's no need to worry. You are gonna be fine, the baby's going to be fine. Everything's going to be alright." Amelia's hands drifted to Luca's tummy and stroked it gently.
"Besides," Giulia poked her head in, "It's only 2:28. Alberto will be here by 2:45. You have plenty of time to go over the conversation." Luca gave a gentle smile at the idea. "We'll give you some time." Giulia and Amelia left the room. "Bye..." Luca waved, then looked down at his belly. "You ready to be introduced to daddy?" He asked his belly. A chunk of silence passed by, but Luca used his imagination as if the baby said yes. "Alright, let's go."
