Meanwhile, swimming through the bay of Portorosso, was a very familiar periwinkle siren with emerald green eyes. But this siren looked a bit older but much more muscular as his arm and tail fins glittered in the reflection of the sun. Alberto lifted his head above the water as he walked back onto the beach and started to shake off the water. His periwinkle scales were replaced with sun-kissed tan skin, and his hair were the same honeycomb curls when he was younger, but now, he grew them longer. "Hey, Alberto." An ex-sidekick of Ercole, Guido, now works as a fisherman along with him and Massimo. "Che cosa succede?" Guido asked. "Nothing, just on my way to give my sweetness some chocolate. He's been wanting it for a while." Alberto replied. "And by a while, you mean-" Guido got cut off be the scorpion. "Yup." "Alright, see you in two weeks." Guido walked away. "Ciao." Alberto waved. Now, on his way to his honeypot.

At the Marcovaldo Residence (yes, they got a new mansion), Luca was rubbing soothing circles on his growing belly, singing a little lullaby to his soon-to-be pesciolino. "🎶You are my sunshine, my only sunshine. You make me happy when skies are gray. You'll never know, dear, how much I lo-" The pregnant crab had been cut off by Alberto walking into the room. "Did you miss me, miele?" They gave a little quick kiss, like a chicken peck. "Erm, Alberto? There's something I need to tell you. It's......private." Luca softly locked the door. "What's up?" Alberto wondered. Before Luca began to spilleth the tea, again, he stated to cry. "I-I think we d-d-did something t-t-t-t-terrible. We're expecting a baby, if you can remember what we did three months ago. And if you want to leave, that's fine with m-m-m-me..." Luca bursted into tears. But soon, all of the negative thoughts in his head disappeared as Alberto gave him a tight hug, but being gentle as to not squish the baby. "W-wait, so, you're...... not angry?" Chocolate brown eyes met seaweed green. "What?! No! Why would I? Why I'm laughing is because I've already known this for months, just hearing it makes me happy! I was so scared that all of this was going to be for something else!!" Alberto happily exclaimed. "ALBERTO MARCOVALDO SCORFANO, I WAS SCARED THAT YOU WOULD LEAVE ME!!" Luca roared at Alberto. "A-and I was worried that you-you-" Luca's eyes started to well up, again. "Hey, hey, hey. It's okay." Alberto put his hands on Luca's adorable chubby cheeks. "I'm going to be a dad. Thank you for all of this." Luca began to whimper from the comfort. "It's okay. Let it all out, amore." Alberto gently tugged Luca close as he began to rush waterfalls, leaving trails of turquoise. A few minutes later, Luca finally started to simmer down.

Alberto hopped in bed as he saw Luca sleeping peacefully. God, he chose the right person. He softly rose Luca's shirt, as to not wake him. Alberto began to talk at Luca's belly. "Hi in there, it's daddy. I can't wait to see you soon." As he gently rubbed Luca's belly, he lulled into the night.
