Niall

Her hair sits on top of her head in a messy bun as her face is bare, without any makeup. Her clothes being one of my shirts and some joggers. Her feet are only covered in socks with some cupcakes on them. Her bottom lip is red and puffy accompanied with some cuts from her biting.

Her nails coloured with chipped orange nail polish. The colour being absolutely hideous yet still remains the only colour she ever wears. Her eyes flicker over to the 3 of us sitting down on the stage.

The stadium is cold and empty. Every light off except for a single light above us. She turns to Liam who looks back at her. They stare at each other for a while before she nods with a small smile. He lets out a long breath and turns to us.

She reaches out and grabs his hand. He tightens his grip on her as she rubs her thumb over his hand. "I have an idea." She says and he turns to her. I watch in jealousy and confusion. "We are going to have a confessions night." Bells says with a smile as she turns to us. "A what now?" Harry says, crossing his arms.

"We're all going to confess something. It can be anything you feel comfortable sharing." She lets go of Liam's hand and claps her hand together. "Okay." Harry says, looking around before clearing his throat. "I've never been in a relationship before." Bells smiles and nods. "Thank you Harry." She turns to Louis, who shrugs. "I became a doctor after my mum died because I thought it would help me take care of my sisters and brother."

"The first guitar I ever had was one I stole from a bin." I say with a small shrug." Bells turns to me with raised eyebrows and a smile. "Okay, my turn." Bells says and fidgets with her fingers.

"I was in a very abusive relationship." Bells says and I turn to her with wide eyes. "Who?" Harry asks with a clenched jaw. "Someone I met after the Halloween party where I met Niall." Louis shakes his head.

"Name?" Louis asks and she lets out a sigh. "Maybe later." Bells says and Louis softens his look. He nods and she smiles. "Ready?" She asks Liam and he nods, letting out a long sigh. "Before tour, I went to a doctor. They ran some tests and when the results came back, they told me I was sick." Louis and Harry gasp while my jaw drops.

"You're sick?" Harry asks and Liam slowly nods. "I have lung cancer." Liam quietly says and looks down. "You knew?" Harry turns to Bells with teary eyes and she slowly nods with a guilty face. "How long have you known?" Louis asks and she looks down. "About 3 months." She quietly says and Harry lets out a dry laugh. "And you didn't tell us?" He asks, anger rising in his voice. "I made her promise not to tell." Liam says and she looks at him. "Fuck." Harry says, running his hands through his hair.

"How long do you have?" I ask, blinking my tears away. "5 months." He says and looks down, playing with his fingers. "You can beat it though, right?" Louis asks, eyes pleading for this to be a prank. "Not without treatment." He nods and looks at the ceiling. "Then you're fine, you can get treatment and you'll be fine." Harry says and Liam shakes his head.

"I'm not getting treatment." Liam mumbles and we all turn to him with wide eyes. "What?!" We all shout, including Bells. "Why not?" She asks in a gentler tone. "Jessica." He says and we all turn to Bells. "I know the story." She mumbles and turns to Liam. "Are you sure?" She asks and he nods.

"No." Harry says, starting to walk up to Liam. "You can't die." He says, tears gathering in his eyes once again. "Just shut the fuck up and get the treatment." He says, getting closer to Liam. "Don't leave!" He yells as he reaches Liam. "I'm sorry." Liam says, tears of his own gathering. "No." Harry mumbles, punching Liam's shoulder.

"No." He chants again and again as he hits him. "No." He yells as Liam wraps his arms around him. "No." He cries, falling down to the floor as Liam holds him. Louis walks up to them and wraps his arms around them. Silently crying as he rests his head on Harry's shaking shoulder as Harry lets out loud sobs.

I turn to Bells who looks at me. Both of us with red faces, puffy eyes, wet cheeks, and cracked lips. She walks up to me and grabs my hand, pulling me towards the 3 crying boys on the floor. We wrap our arms around them and each other. "I'm so sorry." Liam keeps whispering but his voice gets drowned out by everyone's crying.

After our crying calms down a bit, Bells clears her throat. "Remember the last time we were on a stage together late at night?" I smile at her and nod. "We played a billion songs that night."

"The first one was the best." Louis says and Bells nods. "100% agree." She smiles and looks at me. "Shit!" Louis yells, quickly getting up. "We have to be at the hotel. We're late." With wide eyes and continuous cursing, we quickly get up and run towards the exit. "We'll meet you guys back at the hotel." I tell the boys as I grab Bells' hand.

The boys all nod before piling into their car. I walk towards my car and help Bells get in. I wink at her before closing the door and running to the driver's side. As usual, she forces me to wear my seatbelt. She's on her phone as the radio plays softly.

I've found that silence is deafening. I prefer to drown out most of my thoughts with slow and quiet sounds, mostly music.

I turn to her and smile as I watch her. I quickly turn back to the road and turn up the radio. "I really want a cinnamon roll." Bells says, causing me to turn my head. "Right now?" She slowly nods and puts her phone down.

"Bunny, it's the middle of the night. Where are we gonna find a cinnamon roll?" A laugh threatening to escape me. "I don't know. We can like go to a petrol station or something. I just really want one right now." I sigh and grab her hand. "I'm sorry, Bunny. There isn't anywhere to get a cinnamon roll right now." She slowly nods and pulls her hand away. I let out a small sigh as she looks out the window.

My thoughts consume me the rest of the way back to the hotel. I've never felt guilt this strong before. I've murdered countless amounts of people and felt 5% of the guilt I feel over not getting her a cinnamon roll.

I've never been captivated by a person before but she's completely taken over my mind. It's the small things she does that live in my head forever. The way she wiggles her toes when she's nervous. The way her fingers always gently run over my body like I'm the most fragile piece of art. The way she sticks out her tongue when she's concentrating. The way her eyes stare back at mine before she sticks out her tongue. The way her feet wiggle their way in between my legs when we sleep.

Just every single thing about her. Even the horrendous orange nail polish. I let out a small laugh, causing her to turn to me. "What?" She asks, her nose scrunching up in confusion. "Just thinking about your horrible orange nails." Her mouth falls open and she lets out a small gasp.

"They are not horrible." She says, looking down at her nails. "I have to repaint them but they are not horrible." Her fingers spread out and she waves her hands in front of me. "Okay okay. You're right, they're not that horrible." She playfully punches my arm and unbuckles her seatbelt as I pull the car into the parking spot.

"Wanna paint my nails?" I ask Bells as I turn off the car. "You want me to paint your nails?" She asks, her mouth open a little in shock. "Correct." I nod, causing Bells to smile. "Hell yeah I wanna paint them." She screams, opening the door and running out. I let out a loud laugh as I watch her dance around in excitement.
