Thoma POV
I wake up to the sound of the door creak. I look over Ayato's body, to see Ayaka peeking through the door.
I motion for her to shoo and she does. I shift a bit and Ayato begins to stir.
"Morning babe," He mumbles.
"Oh am I 'babe' now?"
"Do you not like it?"
"No I love it, but I get to call you cuddle bug..."
"Why????" He whines, exasperated as he cuddles me closer.
"This is why"
"Just call me something I actually am!" he says, dripping with sass.
Ayato is always a playful type of grumpy in the morning.
"So I can call you handsome?"
"No, that's weird"
"Beautiful"
"Nope"
"Okay then... Prince?"
"I'm the son of a head family, not royalty"
"Waka then..."
"Um... I like that one"
"Seriously...?"
"Yeah..."
The morning goes on, eventually me and Ayato get out of bed and we prepare for the day.
We ate breakfast, and the entire time it was just Ayaka complaining about being the ultimate 3rd wheel in this house.
Since it is Saturday, there isn't much to do.
I 3 way call Kaeya and Childe to tell them all about it, we do it in video and the whole time Albedo is just listening in, whilst cuddling Kaeya.
NGL they are really cute.
Kaeya keeps going on about how Childe is so hopeless and Childe keeps trying to defend his stance, saying that the teacher doesn't have to like him back for it to be a fulfilling relationship, after all he doesn't need to know or something... which I oddly find more disturbing than wanting Mr. Zhongli to stoop to pedophilia for him.
The day runs to the afternoon and I feel so happy to be home again.
