Dil mein ho tum

chapter 1

it starts with kaira showing the pregnancy test results to the family. they all were overjoyed.

kartik and naira: we are pregnant 

suhasini: arrey waah yeh to boht kushi ki baat hein

suwarna: haan maaji bilkul

shubam: mein toh team girl mein hoon. i know for fact its gonna be a girl

mansi: im team boy

shubam: arre but why its gonna be a girl

suhasini: bas bas baccho ladka ho ya ladki hame koi farak nehi padta ksuhi iss baat ki hein ki ghar mein baccha aane wala hein 

( yea i made suhasini positive in this )

kartik: correct dadi 

suwarna: naira beta waise tumne doctor ko dhikadhiyaana?

naira: haan maa orr aaj mera ek appointment bhi hein

kartik: haan or mujhe kuch kaam tha isiliye mein jaane hi sakta toh shubam tum apne babhi koh drop kardena

shubam: alright bhai

in the evening 

shubam: bhabs chale?

naira: haan lets go

suwarna: shubam gadi araamse chalane theek hein

shubam: ofc maa

they both reach the hospital and naira goes inside the gynecologists room for her check up while shubam waits outside for her. he gets a call and goes outside to attend it. the wind was blowing a lot so he put it speaker as he was unable to hear what the caller was saying

caller: toh tumhe hamare sare kaam krna padega warna hum tumhe nehi chodenge. we will kill u 

shubam: arre lekin

the caller cuts the call and a worried shubam turns arund to go to naira. and that when he sees her. she's standing just infront of with him. with tears in her eyes

shubam: bhabs wo

naira: shubam, meine sab sunliya hein please mujhe baat saaf saaf batao

shubam starts telling her the entire problem 

shubam: bhabs wo suhana ke jaane ke baad i got into drugs. i used it as a coping mechanism to get over my pain. dheere dheere i became an addict and i didnt even realize it. but then i got into the actual problem later on. with my drug dealer.  he said if i dont do what he says he would kill me. and my family. bhabs i dont know what to do.... and the type of works he wants me to do? he wants me to carry out murders. 

naira takes him into a hug and caresses his hair

shubam: bhabs aap mujse naaraz nehi ho

naira: naraaz toh hoon mein shubam lekin iss waqt usse zyaada tumhe meri help ki zaroora hein. dont worry shubham as long as ur bhabi is here that person cant even touch you

shubam: nehi bhabs aap kuch nehi karoge orr iss condition mein to bilkul nehi. mein aapki or baby ki jaan katre mein nehi daal sakta

naira: dont worry shubam kuch nehi hoga. waise i have a plan tum plan sunlo 

shubam: bhabs are u sure about the plan? i mean gharwale orr police ko involve karna? 

naira: tum gharwalo ki chinta mat karna hum baadmein une sab batadenge okay. ab chalo jaldi se rona band karo  orr haan kal mein tumhe doctor ke pass leke aungi okay

shubam: alr ab ghar chalte hein aapko araam ki zaroorat hein

in goenka villa

kartik: naira jaan tum agayi. doctor ne kyaa kaha? sab theek heina?

naira: haan haan kartik sab theek hein

kartik: ab chale jaldi sein araam karnkeliye

naira: hmm

the entire family woke up the other to Kartik's birthday party. it was being held later this evening. since it was a surprise no one told kartik abt it. naira tried really hard to tell kartik about shubam but all in vain as he was too busy. thus she decided to tell him after the party ended.  little did anyone know what was about to happen in the party.

kartik entered the hall when the lights was off

kartik: arrey ye lights koh kya hua hein?

all: happy birthday kartik!!!!!

kartik: oh god so yall didnt forget my birthday

manish: mhm this was all your wife's plan

naira: happy birthday love

they join their foreheads together

all: ahem ahem

everyone starts laughing.  

the party continues with everyone dancing and messing around.  it was then when shubam fell to the floor unconscious.

suwarna: shubam!!!!!!

everyone rushed to him leaving the dance floor 

akhil: hamein isse hospital leke jaana hoga aldi

they all left for the hospital 

doctor: mr goenka  we have to do some tests on him right now he's still not stable

it was then when naira gets a call and leaves.

doctor: humne aapke bhai ke tests kiye hein orr patient ek drug addict hein orr inhe abhi overdose hua hein

suwarna: what?? mera beta kabhi aisa karhi nehi sakta

they all rush to meet shubam who is now taking his last breaths. he's shaking and trying to catch a hold of his breaths which were now not in his control. suwarna rushed to her son with mainsh and kartik following behind. 

kartik: shubam ye kab se? hume saaf saaf batao

shubam: bhaii.......woh.. bahbi........koh pata hein.......

the machines sound goes of and shubam is declared dead. suwarna has a look of sadness and hate in her face as shubham's dead body is being brought to goenka villa.  his lates rites were going on and thats when naira entered running as she heared the news of his death. she was shocked to see his dead body.  naira walked towards shubam but suwarna slapped her.
