Determinism, theory that all events, including moral choices are completely determined by previously existing causes or Determinism is the idea that happens in the world is determined completely by previously existing causes. Determinism or example of determinism that happened to me is when I was hit by a ball in my elementary school days. One time we were playing a game called "chacha" or soft ball i think, we're having fun, it was one of my favorite childhood game, I am the pitcher at that time. I timed and controlled my throwing so that the kicker (which is my opponent) will kick well but as he hit the ball, neither I nor him or the ball knows where it strikes or land, and the movement of the ball is determined by the laws of physics. The ball hit my face and my nose bleed.
The world runs on cause-and-effect and life is like a game of cards. "The hand you are dealt is determinism; the way you play it is free will."
