Chapter 15: We're here, Mochizou!

Again, it wasn't long before their time was up. A few weeks later, they were sitting in the audience as Midori gave the farewell address.

"I'm gonna miss this... We've got a life of bills and work ahead of us, so..."

"Hey! Think of all the things we can do now! We're finally going to head out and live on our own. Isn't that kind of exciting?"

"Yeah. I guess. Still, as long as we can get a good place to live and enough to get by with, I'll be happy."

The 2 of them physically restrained themselves from pulling each other into a side-hug, although they shared a bright smile.

The train station was crowded, what with plenty of workers heading into Tokyo. Meanwhile, our 2 little moe blobs were in quite the predicament.

"U-uh... I'm very sorry about this, Mochizou..."

""N-no, it's fine."

Are you tired of old anime tropes? Yeah? Well guess what, we've got more! Tamako got conveniently shoved into a position where she'd accidentally put Mochizou into a wall slam. After a few moments of shock, Mochizou slowly picked up Tamako by the arms and set her down in front of them.

"T-thanks, Mochizou..."

"No sweat-"

As if God himself was shipping these dorks, a stream of people suddenly walked by, shoving Tamako and Mochizou straight into each other.

"U-uh..."

"M-Mochizou? You could move over a bit, right?"

"Y-yeah, of course..."

They eventually found enough space to stand next to each other. After a few moments, Mochizou extended his hand, which Tamako accepted, albeit nervously.

"T-this is just so we don't get separated!"

"Y-yeah, of course! That too... Hang on a second, don't make excuses, Mochizou!"

"W-well, I just thought that liking the feeling of holding your hand is a given..."

"Let's quiet down, w-we're in public, so..."

Steam filled the train, causing several people to suffocate to death as the train doors opened.

"Looks like our stop! Let's go, Tamako."

"Mhm!"

The second that the protagonists left the area, everyone came back to life.

A/N: No civilians were harmed in the making of this fanfic. Except for Tamako's innocence a couple chapters back.

"We're here, Mochizou!"

"Woah..."

They looked out at the house. It was connected to the other homes, although it had 2 floors, and a large blank sign out front.

"This looks familiar... Hang on, this is just like my house!"

"We should get unpacking, Mochizou!"

"Yeah."

Mochizou began setting up his streaming room while Tamako set up the kitchen with all of her supplies. Once he finished, Mochizou came down to help her and Tamako began setting up the cash register. Before long, they were in the "master bedroom" which was just an empty room with 2 futons.
