You're like a road trip
Long and worth the wait
Seeing beautiful pieces of you along the way
Just to get deeper with who you truly are
I stop to capture memories to put in my jar
Oh you are worth the wait
Long and almost endless
Seems like I'll never get there
Will I ever get there?
Dozing off part of the way
I daydream about you all day
My darling will you expose yourself more to me
I'm losing my beginner's journey-glee
It's time for the 4 a.m. fog
