Ava sat in her studio on one of the leather couches with a pen and a note pad. She was struggling to write another song. Her fans were expecting something amazing since her last album did so well, she needed something to blow them out of the water. She wanted to try something different from her usual songs about break ups and heart aches. But what?

Her phone suddenly lit up ringing. She sighed dropping her pen and paper picking up the phone.

"Hello?"
"Ava I have amazing news for you." She could recognize that voice anywhere it was her manger Becky. Becky ha d even working for Skylar for about two years and was one of the many reasons Ava was where she is now. Ava always considered  Becky as a second mom and even though she got on her nerves sometimes for being to peppy she loved her a ton.

"Well what is it?"
"It's so great I have to tell you in person I'm on my way over be ready."
"Okay I can't wait."
"Also while I have you on the phone we're you able to write a new song?" Ava sighed looking at the blank note pad in front of her.
"I'm stuck Becky I want my next song to be amazing I feel like my fans are tired of listening to music about break ups, I need a live song or something to spice things up."
"Well I think it's about time you get a boyfriend." Becky joked making Ava scoff.
"I don't know remember what happened with Adam, I'm not sure if I'm ready for another relationship." Ava picked at her nails slightly embarrassed.
"Honey it's been almost five months since Adam and you broke up I know it hurts but you really do need to move on, I just want you to be happy."
"I'll try just for you Becky, I love you."
"I love you too."

Ava hung up the phone she began scrolling through Instagram before coming across Adams page.
" Curiosity did kill the cat, but I mean what's the harm?" Ava asked herself before opening his page. She went through a few boring photos of just him and his friends for awhile. He looked like he was having fun, unlike Ava was. For months after Adam and her broke up she stayed in her room writing songs and bawling her eyes out waiting for him to show up on her doorstep and apologize and beg her to take him back, but he never did.

Suddenly Ava froze when she saw a photo of a short blonde girl kissing his check while he hugged her back. The background looked like a nightclub. Ava knew what she was about to do next would send her into a rabbit hole she might never get out of but she clicked the girl he had tagged in the photo and went to her page practically holding her breath.

It read she was in her twenties medium height with long blonde hair and beautiful. Scolding through her photos Ava saw she had a large following and lots of friends. She also saw she was very smart and creative a perfectly normal girl.
"That last name sounds familiar." Ava muttered to herself.

The door to the studio flew open scaring Ava causing her to drop her phone her hands flying go to her chest. Becky ran in dropping her bags to the ground and standing in front of Ava. She looked like a small child trying to hide a secret the way she wiggled a huge smile on her face arms glued to her sides.

"My god you scared me!" Ava gasped.
"Are you ready for the news?" Becky asked ignoring Ava. She shook her head sitting up excited now.
"You were just asked to perform at the half time show for the super bowl!" Becky shouted. Ava gasped and flew up from the chair nearly screaming.
"What!"
"Yeah they asked me this morning if you would be interested and of course I said yes, they want you to be their headliner!" Ava screamed and jumped up and down witch was soon joined by Becky.
"You are the best manger ever Becky thank you!" Ava screamed pulling her into a tight hug.
"They sent me a schedule of when you'll meet everyone your performing with and the back up dancers and such and then when you'll be practicing your performances at. "
Becky explained.
"I can't believe this is happening, who am I performing with?" Ava asked grabbing Beckys hands nervous again.

Beckys smile only grew as she grabbed Avas hands back and shook them.
"Your performing with Snoop Dogg andKendrick Lamar!" Becky screamed.

"No way I love them I've been listening to
Snoop since the third grade!" Ava danced around the room as Becky pulled her phone out taking pictures and laughing. Once Ava had finished her happy dance Becky grinned again.

"Your about to love me even more about though."
"Why is that."
"The other person headlining with you is Eminem!"
Avas mouth fell open.
"Slim shady?"
"Yes your going to both be headliners witch mean you'll have to spend a lot of time with him to practice."
Ava nearly almost started crying.
"Becky you are my favorite person in the entire world!" Ava pulled Becky into a tight hug both of them still dancing smiles still glides to their faces.
