Heeeeey:) I really wanted to post a chapter so here it is😊 Nothing that exiting happened in this chapter. Enjoy:)
I sensed something behind me. I turned around, but there was nothing. I still sensed something though. A little spooked, I ran back to the house. I unhooked Lucy's leash and hung in it on a rack. I went to my room and pulled out a diary.
~ Dear Diary
I just moved to the new house. I went outside into the woods where I found a garden. I don't know, but somehow I felt like that was where I belonged, like some spirit entered my body and it felt like just home. I was taking Lucy for a walk when I sensed something behind me. I turned around, but there was nothing. Yet I still sensed something. Until next time, goodbye.~ I wrote. I put my diary back in my underwear drawer, thinking Michael wouldn't dare to look there, and just thought for a couple of minutes. I knew I had to tell Michael at one point, but for know I was going to keep it a secret. I walked down the steps into the dining room for dinner, which was chicken with vegetables. ~vegetables yuck~ I thought. I sat down and started eating, just like the rest of her family. "Claire, Michael, after dinner you need to unpack some of your stuff, tomorrow you can unpack the rest." Dad said. "Ok." We replied. After everyone was done eating, they all helped clean up the table. I went to my room, and started unpacking. Without noticing, Michael was right behind me. "Where were you today?" Michael asked. "Oh you know, just checking the house out, went for a little walk." I replied. ~please don't ask about anything else~ I thought to herself. "Oh, ok." Michael said as he left the room. ~phew~ Claire said to herself quietly.
