Heeeeeey:) I'm soooooooo sorry I haven't updated in a while, I just didn't have a lot of time but here's chapter seven!:)
The next day, it was Saturday. Mom asked Michael and I to go to the bookstore and buy a couple cook books. She gave us money and said we could each get a book also. We walked three blocks down to the book store. On the way, some kid came up to us. "Hello." The kid said creepily. "H-hi." I said, uneasy. "Do you wanna build a snowman?" He said. "Look, we-" the child suddenly vanished. "Well that was creepy." I said. We ran the rest of the way to the bookstore. When we got there, the same little boy was standing there, looking at a baby book. We were more than creeped out. As soon as the boy saw us, he vanished. "Ok now I'm scared." Michael exclaimed. "Let's just not think about it." I said. Chills went down my back. "Yeah, maybe we're just hallucinating." Michael said. I grabbed a cookbook and said "Ok, let's pay and get outta here." "Wait, what's this?" Michael asked. I looked at the book he was holding. "Hey, it looks like our garden!" Michael exclaimed. "Wait, that little boy is on it, and a woman." "Yeah... now that's just creepy." I said. We went to pay for the books and the check out lady said "Oh, interested in ghosts are ya?" "Umm... those are ghosts?" I asked, frightened. "Oh ya, interesting huh?" "Y-yeah, I guess." "We actually live there." Michael said. "Oh, you do?" Well there's history there, ya know. A legend says that once a long, long, long time ago, a woman and her son lived there. But one day her son stumbled upon the garden. Something pulled him under into the ground, and he never came back. His mother looked for days, when suddenly she saw his ghost. Her son said *come join me mommy.* So she did, she hung her self and joined her son. Now they haunt every person who lives there, but just once in a while, they become friends with the people who live there." The bookstore woman said. "W-well we better get going." I stammered. I grabbed Michael's hand and dragged him out the door. "I can't believe it. Our house is haunted."
