Max and I were walking back to camp but everything seemed to quiet to begin with. I felt like I was being followed by someone but I thought it was just my imagination. But Max in the other hand he had been acting differently like he us hiding something from me...

MAX POV (point of view)
Roxanne was looking at me like I did something guilty. I didn't know what to do so I kept quiet. Come on ever since I gave her the GOD Damn necklace she had been acting weird and suspicious...

Great what am I suppose to do with a girl that just looks at you!

I thought maybe she wants to talk since I haven't really spoke to her as much lately and just fought with her. But she really needs to be more careful when she is out hunting!

I tried speaking with her but all I do is pause for a second and just stay quiet. I will try once more...

"Umm... what color do you like?"
Roxanne "why do you wanna know my favorite color?"
"....Well I thought we could talk ya know "
Roxanne "Oh... my favorite color is purple "
" Oh that is a nice color "
Roxanne "what is yours?"
"My favorite color is..."

I stopped and to hear what was around us...

Roxanne "whats wrong?"
"Shh"

I saw an arrow aimed straight at me... I dodged it but sooner or later more came flying in towards at us! So I got Roxanne and took cover behind a huge rock.

I looked at Roxanne to see if she had any ideas but she was already planning it

Roxanne "climb the trees! They won't see us from up there!"
"Are you crazy we are going to get killed by the time we get to our camp!"
Roxanne "well that is the only option we got soo let's go"

I followed after her and ran towards a tree.I climbed it and saw Roxanne at a different tree. We looked at each other to give the signal to jump to each tree.

We jumped and jumped and every jump we took we were closer to the village. We got off the trees and ran into a house again so they won't see us.

We heard that they were leaving so we stayed there until we catch our breaths.

I sat in the living room while Roxanne was at a bedroom close by.

Roxanne "what a day Huh"
We were gasping air.
"Yeah...what...a day"

When I got up the door busted open and I saw a man with a crossbow with only one arrow left on it.

Man "hahaha I found you! PREPARE TO DIE!"

He shot the arrow straight at me until something jumped towards me and fell to the ground. I turned to look over who it was and I saw Roxanne!

I ran towards her and grabbed her to see if she was still alive. She was gasping for air. I saw she got shot towards her chest!

I looked over at the man and the man looked at me.

Man"Oh no! He is going to kill me!"
I was angry and I yelled with rage.
"YOU BITCH IMMA KILL YOU!!!"
