The Lost Connection

Roxanne "R-Roman?!" 

My eyes widen with pure shock and without a doubt I recognized my own younger brother. When I looked up at him I saw his whole face expression in utter pain! My thoughts "Did he just save me from a blast?! From a bomb?!"

Roman "Hey sis....miss me?" He said painfully trying to keep his stance of protecting Roxanne from harm. Roxanne started to notice his hoodie was mostly burnt off from the explosion, so she started to tear up and gave her brother a hug looking at Angler with pure rage.

Angler chuckled "Oh goodie! A family reunion that we can all cherish!" starts to notice Roxanne looking at him with so much fire in her eyes. 

Angler continued "Oh darling don't worry I don't tend to kill him! I just wanted to show you my babies! They are simply amazing don't you think?!" Starts to get more excited by talking more about bombs "MAN, LOOK AT THESE! I CREATED THIS WHEN BEFORE I COULDN'T EXPLODE THINGS!"

Roxanne replies "Yeah well it's a good thing they didn't allow it before...but you shouldn't of used that bomb against us! We did nothing to you!" She releases Roman from her hug while pulling out her machine pistols and aims at Angler.

Roxanne yells " Now give me a fucking reason why I shouldn't blow your brains out right now!"

Angler begins to laugh "Well aren't you an interesting girl but I truly doubt that you will pull that trigger"

Roxanne replies "Oh really? Come here and try me"

Angler chuckles " well alright then" he begins to walk towards Roxanne and Roxanne stood there shocked and confused why he would actually come to her to get shot. Her thoughts "wait wait wait... is he serious?! He got balls I will admit that but I never truly killed someone! I-I just kill zombies!"

Angler stood in front of Roxanne while she was aiming at his head. 

Angler "I'm waiting~"

Roxanne began to feel hesitant towards shooting him so instead she gave him a warning shot so she can scare him off instead.

Angler stood smirking since giving him a warning shot did not scare him one bit. Roxanne was shocked that he didn't even fidget.

Angler" aww see I told you that you wouldn't pull the damn trigger you weakli-"

Gets interrupted with Roman punching him in the face. Roman's face turned furious and continues to punch Angler.

Roman "Don't you dare call her weak! She is the strongest person I know and always stood by me when I was in need!" Roxanne tears up from hearing those words from her own brother and lower her weapon slowly while looking at her brother beating up Angler.

Roman's hoodie came off showing his brown hair shining in the daylight and revealing his eyes with two different colored eyes. His right eye was golden colored while the other eye was a normal dark brown eyes. 

Angler begins to block his punches and kicks Roman off recognizing the interesting features he has.

Angler replies "well well well how have you been old friend"

Roman stood silent in anger. 

Roxanne begins to be confused and says "wait... Roman you know him?!"

Roman still stood there in silent yet again. So Angler replied to her question " well yes he does darling" smirks "well you see... I'm just a friend from school until I got expelled for trying to bomb the school because who doesn't like a good BOOM!"

Roman answers "well honestly you taught me so much about bombs and how it can be used in so many situations....but I never thought you would try to bomb a school and my own sister at that." 

Angler replies "I never thought that she could be your sister! Look at you guys! You guys look completely different! How could I have known?!"

Roxanne still shocked and trying to process what is going on at this point.

Angler "But enough about that I should better be going back to camp mainly because I got nothing to defend myself from zombies" smirks yet again.

Angler flees from the explosion sights leaving Max, Brody, Roxanne, and Roman confused.

Roxanne "what the hell just happened?! Why did he leave?! Especially from those injuries?! How is he still walking around like nothing just happened?!"

Roman starts to notice that zombies were surrounding the area so he had to act fast.

Roman "quick go grab your friends and leave this site or else we will be lunch next"

Roxanne quickly runs over to Brody and Max with a panic. 

Roxanne "HURRY YOU TWO WE GOT COMPANY AND WE NEED TO LEAVE ASAP"

Brody started to get consciousness from the blast finding Max still passed out so he grabbed him by the arm and placed it over his shoulder. 

Brody "alright lets go before they catch up to us" Roxanne helped carry him while Roman was protecting them while they flee from the site with a dagger. Soon they met up with Blake and Eren back at camp.

Eren "wow I didn't think you would come back alive"

Roxanne "shut up and help us with Max!"

Eren helped place Max down on the floor while Roxanne attends towards Roman's wounds from the blast.

Roxanne says "you shouldn't of done that and most of all why are you even here on this island in the first place?! "

Roman "I couldn't let my older sister do her job on a mysterious island so I had to follow you.....so I can protect you from the guys" looks at the group of men at the camp suspiciously.

The group decides to walk towards Roxanne regarding the new guy.

Brody" so who is the new guy?" Roxanne replied" He is my younger brother Roman"

Brody's face lights up and says "wait a minute...so your telling me his name is Roman?! As in NOODLES?!" starts to hold in the laughter but just ends up laughing anyways.

Blake "no you idiot Ramen is noodles not Roman! anyways nice to meet you Roman" holds out his hand out to Roman but Roman just looks at him with a cold stare. 

Blake "I see you are a man with no words....alright then I guess but I do admire your unique features about you! I never saw anyone like you before!"

Roxanne "yeah I find that really cute about my baby brother"

Roman stares at Roxanne with a blank stare and Roxanne knew what he was already thinking so she changes the subject.

Roxanne "well yeah um we have a new member in our group right?! so we can get more stuff done!"

Brody " Yeah! He might as well replace sleeping beauty over there!" points at Max still passed out from the blast.

Alright guys well this is the end of the story and yes I know Years after leaving you guys with a cliffhanger! I'm so sorry! I had to reread the whole damn thing myself so I can pick up where I left off! Also sorry if this story is short mainly because I'm slowly trying to get back into my old habits for the start of the new year!
