I see my childhood friend leave, and it washes over me that this could be the last I see of him and Percy 12. I've gotten rid of all evidence they were here. I dont think Tiffany will believe anything I say. If she finds anything I've forgotten, I will die. I've got weapons to protect me though, she wont find them, not on my watch.
Michael Jackson's: Bad came on the radio, and I instructed someone to turn it up. I waved my hand and waiters and waitresses instructed customers to hide or exit the building.
I could hear Tiffany's boots on the hard concrete. It would only be a matter of seconds before the fight. The calm before the storm was always eery and anxiety inducing. I had backup, this restaurant will not fall or burn. Tiffany will not win.
The door bashed open from Tiffany's boot, an army behind her.
"Hello old friend. I'm afraid you wont find much here besides your eternal resting point if you try anything. Tiffany, why dont we discuss your failures over a tea? To calm your god damn nerves."
"There's no time for tea you fool. I'm here for my husband and my son. If I can even call them that, such failures; i guess they take it from you. If i cant find them here, I'll take a fight instead.
Tiffany pointed a gun to my head, my knives in my sleeves, ready to attack. The saying 'dont bring knives to a gun fight' was absurd in my case.
"Do you really think I'd give you what you what you want? And dont pretend I dont know that gun isnt loaded. Coward." She acted tough as I saw through her ruse. I looked down past her thigh as she waved her hand. Her guards roamed the building in search, yet the only thing they will find is their demise.
As she loaded her gun, I knew her weak point. I jabbed the blunt side of my knife into her side, making her drop her gun. She howled in pain as I picked up the gun and ran. Jumping over tables, searching for a way out of my own home. Each exit seemed to be blocked.
I could hear her catching up to me.
"There's no escaping your fate Kiramenn! Just let go of life and let me claim your hell filled soul!" Tiffany yelled as she pounced towards me, a dagger of her own. Finally a worthy competitor.
"Calling me hell filled? Says the one who murders innocent lives for fun! I don't know how you live with yourself Tiffany." She kept sloppily swinging her dagger towards my chest and it seemed as if she had stopped trying completely. It's not like her to give up.
She stopped, she paused to breathe.
"There's no sight of them here mMstress Tiffany. He's lied to you so they could escape." One of her gaurds implied as he pointed towards a door with a broken lock. How could they be this sloppy?
Speaking of them, I hope they're okay

Dad and I leave the restaurant in a flash as he gestures for me to climb on his shoulder onto a building. I pulled the rope out of my satchel and pull him up.
He hugs me before he says something that shook me.
"Percy 12, I think it's best if we split up. Shes after you, but she'll use me to get to you. Please trust me on this decision. What I want you to do is take a picture of these coordinates and meet me there. Mr. Kiramenn's brother will let us stay, free of charge, until it's safe to go back home. I love you Percy 12." He kissed my forehead and took out the coordinates on paper. I pull out my phone and take a picture, and after I send him the audio recording of the phone call. He nods at me then jumps over to the next building.
I put in my headphones and scroll through my playlist, I need the right music to escape with.
