Quirk - They Can look through/ into a person's memories without physical contact however this means less info is gained and its harder to maintain concentration, with physical content more information is gained and it is easier to to stay in control however it can be more dangerous(depending on how dangerous that person is). They can also manipulate memories (this includes creating memories that aren't real, destroying memories that a person has or changing/ manipulating specific parts of a persons memories. This is harder to do and takes more energy however the more they use this part of the quirk the less energy is taken when using it and the easier it becomes to use it successfully. It may not always work depending in how powerful a person is and how strong their will is to not be manipulated by them therefore the stronger the persons will the harder it is to use this part of their quirk resulting in it possibly failing. However this is not usually the case as they are carful and they usually do not take on opponents that they know they can not handle.
