[WARNING: Violence]

Only one of them was wearing a suit and Irene noticed that it was very expensive. Her gaze stopped on his face and her whole world collapsed like playing cards.

*************

For the first time in a long time, panic erupted inside her like a time bomb. It was him. The man who had organized her murder in Karachi. Her heart was about to break when he stood in front of her, his arrogant gaze turned to her.

"Irene Adler...", his cold, sibilant voice made her blood run cold within her veins. "You thought you could hide from me. How sweet."

Irene felt tears running from her eyes while she stared at him. He gestured to the man who was holding Irene and he removed his hand from her mouth. She was able to breath again but the oxygen couldn't reach her lungs.

"Dominic Shaw...", she murmured, her usual raspy voice was now sounded broken. Defeated.

Dominic Shaw was a business-man. A very powerful business-man. He was married to a politician but he liked to visit Irene here and there. The special tastes he had in sex could not be offered to him by his wife, so he had Irene for them. While he was tied on all four, begging for mercy from Irene, she stole his cell phone data. Oh, and there were many. So many state secrets, so many conversations with his wife, so much evidence that he and his wife were responsible for several crimes.

All of this came to light when Mycroft took possession of her cell phone. Dominic managed to organize Irene's murder but failed to keep his profile secret. His wife abandoned him, his career was ruined, he was accused of undermining the rule of law. Due to his prestige, property and power he managed not to go to prison but he swore to destroy Irene. He was informed that the murder had not taken place. He looked for Irene everywhere and now he has found her.

"Sherlock Holmes? Really?", Dominic lit a cigar. His cold laughter made her shiver. "I thought you were a lesbian."

"What do you want?", she clenched her jaw. The man behind her was holding her wrists tightly behind her back. She was unable to move.

"What do you think?", he looked at her seriously, blowing the smoke on her face. "It was my fault that I tried to kill you. Death is redemption for you. What I want now is to see you suffer in the worst way...", he leaned closer to her face, staring into her light green eyes. His breath smelled of cigars. It was disgusting. "I'm gonna kill everyone you love and then I'll kill you."

"I love no one", she hissed, trying to sound believable.

Dominic let out a cold chuckle. "Well, okay then. I'll kill Sherlock Holmes just for fun. Hm? No? Yes?"

"Let Sherlock out of this", she threw a glare at him. "Kill me and get this over with."

"No, my dearest Irene Adler", he offered a sinister smile. "I like playing with my food. You destroyed my life, I'll destroy yours. Oh, just so you know...", he cleared his throat theatrically. "...Scarlett is dead. I killed her last night", he brought his cell phone out of his pocket and showed a picture to Irene.

"Oh, God...", she glanced at the picture and then averted her gaze from that horrific thing. She saw it though. Scarlett was lying in a pool of blood. They had beheaded her.

"Who will be next?", Dominic laughed comically. "The great, the one and only.... Sherlock Holmes! Ding, ding, ding!!! Right answer!!"

"Please...", she snapped her head toward him, the tears ran freely down her cheeks. "Don't hurt him..."

"Oh, Irene...", he pouted scornfully. "Do you love him?", his tone was mocking. "You're so boring", he huffed and turned to his guys. "You know what to do."
