A mini All for One

3rd POV

After everyone snapped out of their shock due to Rei and Izumi letting out a scream in pain everyone got moving. Natsuo said he would stay with the kids as Fuyumi also agreed to stay as Endeavor picked Izumi up and started to carry her to the car followed by Rei and Touya.

Once in the car Endeavor called Nezu and told him what was happening and Nezu said he would make sure everything is prepared only problem was Izumi wasn't sure if they'd make it. Endeavor made another call before speeding off towards UA that was luckily only about 15 minutes away. Rei was coaching Izumi through her breathing as Touya was freaking out.

"This is your third kid why are you acting like it's your first?" Endeavor asked and Touya shouted it was. "He wasn't there the first two times." Izumi said and now Endeavor understood why his son was acting that way. Izumi let out another cry of pain "We will be there in 5 minutes Izumi!" Endeavor yelled out worried as an officer was in front of them clearing people out of the way and another was behind him.

That 5 minutes felt like years until they finally arrived "I got her you grab those two!" Endeavor yelled to someone before running off with Izumi who was screaming and All Might was running with him.

As they made it to the infirmary.

Recovery girl had everything set up "Sit her on the bed her pants need to come off" recovery girl said and Endeavor backed away as Touya came over and took them off. "I'm about to have this baby damn it! I've tried to hold on but I cant!" Izumi screamed out and Recovery girl confirmed it. "Give me a push dearie" she said and Izumi did as followed and only had to push one more time before they heard the cry of a baby.

Izumi threw her head back as tears flowed down her face. "Would you like to cut the cord?" Recovery girl asked Touya who nodded but looked ready to pass out. Recovery girl handed him the scissors as he cut the cord and recovery girl took off needing to do what she needed and kissed Izumi's forehead to help the healing process...As Endeavor and Rei stood there as one looked horrified and one looked ready to cry tears of joy.

"I'm so proud of you Izumi" Izumi jumped and turned to see Rei and Endeavor "Thank you Rei" Izumi said smiling softly "Here you go, it's a boy!" Recovery girl said as she handed Izumi a bundle of joy "Oh for the love of everything. He looks like my dad." Izumi commented and Touya "More like Tomura." Touya commented and Izumi nodded

"Tenko.." she said softly and Touya looked at her shocked along with the others. "Todoroki Tenko." Izumi said before looking up to Touya who nodded with a smile on his face. "Well I'll be damned." Touya said looking at his son. "He really does look like your brother." Izumi snorted "Red eyes and white hair only he has fluffy hair making him look more like my dad." Izumi said as she started to cry again.

"Either or, he is beautiful Izumi." Rei said next to her looking down at her grandson. "Thank you, he really is." Izumi said softly. Touya knew that she wanted her brother and father here with her as the last two Tomura was the first to take them for several hours letting Izumi rest and spend time with Touya and get back to normal for a little bit.

Touya leaned down and kissed the top of her head. "Ask them love." He whispered softly and Izumi looked up at him shocked "but.." she started and Touya shook his head "They might let it slide for right now." He said and Endeavor already had a feeling what she was going to ask. "You want your brother and father here don't you?" Endeavor asked and Izumi nodded "I do.." she said softly trying to keep her tears in.

Endeavor opened the door to already see her brother and father, and the rest of the league, standing there. "I take it you already knew" Endeavor said and Nezu nodded "Yes, I called them after she gave birth." "Good, because she wants her brother and her father." Nezu nodded and told them to go in. Endeavor moved out of the doorway and Izumi started to cry.
