"I CAN NOT BELIEVE YOU LEFT HER IN SPAIN!"
I shouted as I hit 2D repetitively in tears. How could he!?

He was responsible for looking out for Dawn! How could he just...do that!?

"Ow! OW! NOODLE! 'M SORREH!"
He squeaked but at this point I didn't care. I was beyond angry at him. With EVERYONE!

"Now Noodle, calm down and have some tea, alright love. We're sorting it."
Murdoc hands me a cup which i quickly swatted away causing the mug to shatter and the tea to spill everywhere

"I don't want it to be SORTED! I want Dawn back!"
I yelled in Japanese. Keeping "sorted" in English just so they knew what I was talking about.

2D flinched as the glass shattered. I couldn't handle it anymore, storming into my room and throwing myself onto my bed. I hated this! I just wanted Dawn back!

Weeks passed and of course nothing happened. Dawn was still in Spain and everyone seemed more worried about the album than her. Oh, and I'm pretty sure Murdoc put a curse on me and i made sure to beat him up for it too.

Despite the boys saying it was a sign of me growing up and becoming a woman i hated it. Every bit. From the knife stabbing pain to the disgusting aftermath. It was like i was dying. Most definitely Murdoc's fault.

"So...we're not going to talk about all the children we just picked up?"
I asked Murdoc as he drove the truck. I was bored out of my mind and still very upset at him, but its best to make conversation.

"For the Video love. Remember?"

I rolled my eyes under my fringe.

"Yes Murdoc-San. I remember but...we had to get so many? How old are they anyways?"

Murdoc shrugged as he pulled in to load up the children in the back to take them back to the foster home. It was nice that we let kids like this have a time of their lives and take them out to places but...he didn't have to have a whole truck load.

Babysitting was fun though. And they were very well behaved. Most of them chatted about nonsense. A few of them asked me to speak Japanese...one of them wished they could be just like me when they grew up?

"Grown up?"
I laughed a bit.
"I'm not much older than you. Just a big kid, yes?"

The small children laughed and continued to chat and talk with me the whole ride back. After dropping them off I stretched a bit giving a heavy yawn.

"Sleepy Noodle?"
2D asked with a chuckle. I gave a nod. Stretching in my seat.

There was a soft whimper from under my seat as i stretched. Nobody else seemed to of heard it but my curiosity got the best of me. Stretching downwards to look under my seat my green eyes widened.

She was blonde, wearing a red dress and looked a bit dirtied up. She was curled up peacefully underneath with a thumb in her mouth as she breathed softly.

"What've you got there Noodle?"
2D asked attempting to bend down to look under the seat.

"A girl."
I stated as i gently pulled her out from underneath me. She must have been a really heavy sleeper, the roads weren't very smooth and...we weren't the quietest.

"A girl?"
2D repeated as his eyes widened.
"We must've forgotten to drop this one off..."

Setting the girl on my lap she shifted a little. She was so tiny, so peaceful. My heart seemed to burst as she let out a very tiny whimper.

"Cuuuttteee."
I whispered a bit.
"2D, can we keep her? Please?"

"I-I donno Noodz. What would Murdoc sa-"

"I don't care what he thinks."
I snapped at him as he said his name. Murdoc says this, and Murdoc says that. What about what i want?
I can take care of this cute little angel perfectly fine. I'm definitely keeping her.

In my moments of shouting the small girl lifted up, opening her big blue eyes. A bit of hair covered her face after she rubbed her eyes. She was precious. A pure angel.
From that moment I knew she was mine.

Needless to say when Murdoc found out he wasn't happy.

"No! We are not keeping her!"
He shouts at me as I hand her to 2D. It wasn't fair! Why not!?
She needed a home! I was willing to provide!
I couldn't find the words to argue back though.

Looking at the girl, then back at Murdoc i had to face the facts and think rationally. Taking care of a monkey was one thing but...a human child? I was 13, too young to be a mother anyways...yet looking into those blue eyes. It was like i clicked with her.

Like I knew what it was like to be that small with no home. No family. Nowhere to go and nobody to talk to.
I guess part of me thought if I helped this one it could help a part of me as well.

There was a soft knock on my door moments later.

"Go away!"
I shouted from my bed. That's when the door opened. I really couldn't be bothered with another lecture.
Grabbing my pillow I threw it at whoever walked in.
"I said go away!"

From the other side of my room Murdoc stood, holding the familiar bundle as 2D stood beside them.

"That's not a nice way to welcome someone into the family is it?"
Murdoc chuckled as I got up, grabbing the girl from his arms.

"Y-You mean it Murdoc-San? I can keep her?"

Murdoc shrugs and then lets out a sigh.

"I kept 2D...i suppose this little runt can stay too."

"But remember, taking care of a baby is a big responsibility. 's not like a pet innit. 's a human so you've got to take good care of her."
2D was then elbowed in the stomach by Murdoc.

"What do you know about childcare Dents?"

"I took care of Noodle."
He placed his hands on his hips. As if that was something to be proud of.

"We took care of Noodle you mean."
Murdoc grumbled.
"You can't take credit for everything idiot."

"I took care of myself thank you. And no worries. Im sure i can do a better job than the both of you combined."
I said in Japanese with a smile as I closed the door behind them knowing well that they gave no idea what i had just said.
"Goodnight."

Laying the small girl in my bed I couldn't help but stair at her. Memories of my small childhood came flooding back. Old memories of sleeping in a cot and having no idea what life had in store for me...if i tried really hard I could even remember opening my eyes for the first time. Such a simple life before speaking, before fallowing rules...just me, the nurses and of course on the most frequent occasion. Kyuzo sensei.
She reminded me of such innocence and purity. And as long as i have her I'll try my best to keep that innocence.
I will protect her, love her, feed her and give her the world. Like a mother, or a big sister.

But no matter what happens. She will always be safe with me.
