The couple walked down the school hall and left the school, heading back to Venti's house.

'Venti... about what happened yesterday, I, am sorry... since I was teasing you-' Aether suddenly poked his boyfriend, Venti.

The beta looks at him, gently patted Aether's head along with some giggles.
'I'm fine, it's not like I can't take that little offence! hehe, surprisingly, your Spanish is quite nice though...'

Aether looked at him and gave a proud smile, he pays good attention to class you know!

The couple headed to Venti's house since Aether was told that his mother was still mad at the fact that Aether is a homosexual, so until his mother is over it, he'll go back.

Sitting on the couch, Venti keeps on giving Aether small kisses and hugging him, doing what couples would do. After experiencing their first mating, their relationship seems to have grown closer.

School started again tomorrow and the couple continues to hold hands, hugging in public, despite that a few Alphas are staring at them.

Aether always felt someone would stare at him whenever Venti is not near him, especially when he is wearing crop tops-... shorts, or maybe mid-length skirts. But when he looked back, everyone wasn't looking at him nor his direction, maybe it's just his imagination, it couldn't be true... right?

Aether was alone in the school library, wearing a pair of shorts and a loose t-shirt, barely covering his thighs.

Once again, he felt someone is staring at him. He felt he is not safe so he went to sit down on one of the library chairs, reading a romance fiction he picked, having his leisure time.

Someone suddenly touched Aether's shoulder, he felt his heart beat up and shake uncontrollably, 'Aether? Are you okay? did I scare you..?' He turned back and saw Kazuha, one of his classmates. Aether smiled awkwardly at him, saying he is fine.

'Also... I saw Venti, doing something unexpected, do you want to know? It might affect you guy's relationship...' The alpha said as he sat down next to Aether.

'Huh? Sure, I mean... he wouldn't hide anything from me though.' He said while looking at Kazuha, but he doesn't look happy, more like worried.

Both of them walked out of the library together, Kazuha is holding Aether's hand, leading him to somewhere...

'Aether... I saw Venti kissing Diluc, holding his hand.' Kazuha said as he looks in a certain direction.
'Aether?'
'No, it couldn't be true, you're lying.' Aether said as he starts walking away.

'Aether! Please! Just continue following me, I am sure that I am not lying! I saw them clearly!' Kazuha said as he grabbed Aether's hand, trying not to let him go.

'Fine...' Aether said in a helpless tone.

'Here, Aether...' Kazuha said as he pointed at two people, being extremely close and... kissing...

Aether looks carefully, recognising one of the guys' greenish braids, and he is sure that person is Venti, and the other guy... having red hair tied as a ponytail, Aether seems to remember who he is, he has met him on his first day... one of the student council's member, ah yes, Diluc...

He leaned a bit closer, and saw Venti hanging his arm on Diluc's, Aether felt his heart breaking, seeing his lover kissing another guy, he felt betrayed...

Aether wasn't with Venti for the whole day, instead, he is with Kazuha, chatting and having fun.

Both of them walked around the corridor and saw Venti running to them, Aether immediately went behind Kazuha, not wanting to see him, especially after seeing him kissing Diluc...

'Aether! Where have you been? I've been trying to find you since the first class! oh, and... hello, Kazuha.'
Venti said as he stares at Kazuha, clearly wondering why Aether is behind him.

'Venti, explain yourself, I saw you kissing Diluc, how could you do such a thing?' Kazuha said in anger, defending Aether.

'What? No I did not! Aether, don't believe him! I am loyal to you, remember?' Venti defended himself.

'Venti... stop lying, I saw you and Diluc...' Aether said in tears, clinging onto Kazuha even more.

Venti looks at both of them, sweating and muttering, still trying to make excuses to defend himself...

'Venti? Aren't we supposed to go to-...' Hearing a deep voice from behind, the three of them turned around and saw Diluc, one of the student council members.

The beta stares at Diluc, making him shutting up.

'Aether... I'll talk with you later... things may not look like why you are seeing...' Venti says as he walks away with Diluc, leaving the room.

Aether went back to his house, ignoring how his mother is still being mad with him and his father questioning about Venti and his relationship, he felt a lot of pressure in just a day...

All he wanted to do right now is to take a shower, relax in his room, and sleep until he woke up for school tomorrow.

A sudden call woke him up, Aether took his phone to his ear and answered the call, to his surprise, it was Kazuha...

'Kazuha? Why did you call me all of a sudden? Anything important?' He said, wondering.

'Aether! well I was just wondering if you are doing fine since Venti cheated on you?' Kazuha said but clearly stuttering with words...

'Ahaha... thanks for caring, I am... fine, just- I-...'

'Aether? Are you okay?' Kazuha got nervous hearing Aether started choking...

'Kazuha... it's tough for me! I just got stabled in a relationship then I found out my partner was lying to me all along! No one truly loves me! I-i...' Aether cried as he let all his hidden stress and pain out...

'Aether...' Kazuha said with worry, 'Should I come over... I mean, do you need some uh... mental support? Hehe...' (second-hand embarrassment Kazoo-...)

'Su-sure... I'll send the address..'

I- have no motivation :D... next chapter will be Kazuha x Aether fluff, also for reminder Aether will break up with Venti at the start so maybe little angst? idk anymore ._.
