Aerum was in her office going through some documents. It was already past midnight and most likely no one was present in the huge building except for the security guards. The documents she was going through was sent to her by one of her most trusted friends. It consisted of every detail about the whereabouts of her beloved mother from the past 5 years. Aerum wanted to know what was she doing at that time when she got no news from her own daughter.
While reading through the pages, she was hurt. This was what she expected but still she had an ounce of hope. It turns out that woman was living her best life with her family. She threw the pages across the room out of anger. She started crying her heart out but at the same time trying to muffle her sobs, although there was not anyone in the building.
Her heart was hurting. All she wanted was a home, a family to be precise. That was something she longed for since a very long time but guess she was unfortunate that way. The poor girl just cried for hours trying not to make any sound.

She had reached the mansion. She figured everyone was asleep since it was 4 in the morning. She went to the mini bar and just poured the drink that she saw first. There she was having one glass after another. She was just drinking in silence. Her face was blank not knowing what to do. She would always love her mother no matter what she did and that was what Aerum hated the most. She cannot hate her even if she tried to kill her.
"She may have thought I was safe since I was with dad. Yeah...someone must have lied saying that I was safe." She reasoned defending her mother. She denied the fact that her mother doesn't love her. She got angry at her own conflicting thoughts. She threw the empty whiskey bottle across the room out of anger. The bottle crashed to a wall making a loud noise. That was enough to wake the whole mansion. . . . .
She didn't care that tons of guns were pointed at her. She was sitting at the same place with her eyes fixed on the mess she made. She was looking at it blankly. The boys ordered the guards to leave the room. Most of the boys were angry. "Can't you just let us live in peace??" Jimin screamed. She didn't react instead she stood up finished the last glass of whiskey and walked out of the room.
Jimin was pissed and wanted to go after her but was stopped by Hoseok. While others were shocked and confused at how lifeless she looked. They eventually went back to sleep not having the energy to talk about it.
JIN'S POV
I went inside her room to check on her. She was sitting on her bed staring blankly at the floor. "Aerum.." I called her. She looked at me and I was shocked. Her eyes was filled with tears, anyone could decipher that look as hurt and disappointment. "W-what happened, Aerum??" I asked her carefully.
"Why.." she asked. Her voice strained, "Why is it always me?" I became confused, hearing her words. "What do you mean?"
"I am also a human..I have feelings too. I also need a family" she said, sobbing. My heart hurt hearing her words. "We are your family" I said trying to console her.
She scoffed hearing my words, "Yeah right..My dear brothers who wish death upon me" I looked at her in guilt. "Just go...Why are you even here in the first place??"
I couldn't say anything as she was right. None of us aren't in a good relationship with her and we never considered he as family. To be honest, our father and mother didn't consider her to be part of this family. They were kind whenever she visited us but wasn't concerned about her.
Aerum was basically left to live alone. We always considered that it was because mom was fed up with her rebellious antics. What if that wasn't the case?? No..I shouldn't..
"Get out, Seok-jin" she repeated as she laid on the bed. I ignored her words and helped her lay on the bed and made sure she was comfortable. . . . . She woke up with a huge headache. She decided to take the day off, since she had no energy to go and pretend like nothing's wrong. She texted Tzuyu telling her to cancel everything.
She was still in the same clothes and she reeked of alcohol. She decided to freshen up and eat breakfast. . . . . "Do you have any idea what you did yesterday?" Namjoon questioned as soon as I sat at the table. I signed, I looked up to see everyone glaring at me except Seok-jin. Now that's weird, he was always the one to nag at me.
"I don't remember a lot" I stated. The thing about me is that I don't remember anything of what I did after drinking alcohol. If I am lucky, I remember bits of it.
Jimin scoffed. "You really are getting on our nerves" I said nothing and continued eating. To be honest, I was stuffing my face with food. I couldn't control my hunger. . . . I went into the living room where everyone was sitting. "I am moving out" I said. They looked at me with a blank expression and continued doing what they were doing. "Geez atleast just pretend to stop me" I mumbled and stated going up the stairs. Until I almost tripped hearing Yoongi's words. In fact, the other 6 looked at him in shock
"I am not letting you go anywhere, Aerum."
