ELYSSE ALIMORIE

Even though Catalina asked me to rest and just wait her to visit me, i came to her office without her knowing. May nararamdaman akong masamang elemento e, joke. I mean, nararamdaman kong may mangyayari kaya agad akong kumaripas ng punta rito. I make sure that my 4 months baby is safe as i went here.

Paano ko nasabi na may mangyayaring masama? Catalina's changed says it all, it shows that there's someone who made her change like that- like a lonely and cold woman. At parang alam ko na kung ano, at kung sino.

Her employees welcomed and congratulated me as well, i greeted them, too and immediately went to her office. As i came out from the elevator her Secretary welcomed me, too.

"Magandang araw po, Mrs. Lorenzana. Ano pong sadya niyo?" Magalang niyang bati sa akin at saka ako nginitian.

"Elysse nalang. I came here for Catalina, kakausapin ko lang sana. Nandiyan ba siya?" Tanong ko habang palinga-linga sa mga kwarto rito sa 4th floor.

"Yes po, may kausap lang po. Kaibigan niyo po ata" aniya. Kumunot ang noo ko nang sabihin niya ang salitang 'kaibigan'. Sino kaya sa mga kaibigan namin ang kausap niya? Victoria? Impossible, she's living overseas. Gailene? Umuwi siya sa Sierra Madre this week, so Impossible. Baka si Elizabeth? I don't know if it's impossible or not. Elizabeth's missing since last year, i mean she went overseas, walang nakaaalam kung saan.

Cut the long story telling, pumunta na ako agad sa kwarto niya. I stop when i overheard something, i don't do Eavesdropping but it looks serious.

"Look at yourself now, ayan ang napapala mo sa hindi pakikinig sa 'kaibigan' mo. I told you to stop the wedding before, right? My friend is having a hard time because of you, she's your friend, too. Pero parang wala lang sa'yo ang lahat!" I heard the girl is shouting at her. I hate her manners, wala ngang manners e.

"Iyan lang ba ang ipinunta mo? Pareho lang kayo ni Marco ng linyahan, i'm curious if you both do a script reading before going here and blamed me for something that i don't want, myself." She calmly said. Kumunot ang noo ko sa narinig kong tono ng pananalita ni Catalina. I mean she's not a warfreak but if she heard someone keeps on blabbering about her in a bad way, lumalaban siya. But now, she's like a different woman.

"Hahaha 'lang'? Ano pa nga palang i-eexpect ko sa'yo? You're a desperate bitch who wanted to pay back her parents' kindness in a way of wrecking other people's relationship." Panunuya ng babae. Hindi ko na napigilang pumasok.

Tiningnan ko mula ulo hanggang paa ang babaeng 'to. Sorry Lord pero mukhang espasol at coloring book na kulang sa book cover 'tong babaeng nasa harap ko. Tinaasan naman niya ako ng kilay kaya tinaasan ko rin siya.

"Hi bestie, hindi ko nabalitaang nakikipagusap ka pala sa basura? I'm not aware that we can finally talk to a trash! Goodness, that's a new knowledge." I said in a sarcastic way. The girl stare at me like she's going to kill me anytime.

"And who are you? At nakikisabat ka sa usapan namin? Where's your manners?" Sagot ng babae habang nakataas pa ang kilay, ahitin ko 'yan e.

"Did you just asked me where's my manners? Without asking yourself where's yours, too? And also, who are you to interfere in someone's problem? Ah kaibigan ka? I'm her friend, too. But i don't do this kind of bullshit just to justify my friend's relationship to a married man." I said. Parang umuusok ang ilong niya sa sinabi ko, ano natamaan ka bang babae ka na mukhang clown dahil sa kapal ng make-up.

"Elysse and Olivia, stop" pag-aawat sa amin ni Cat.

"My friend is not a mistress, you dumb!" Sinigawan na niya ako. Anong akala niya sa akin? Magagawa niya lahat kagaya ng ginagawa niya kay Cat?
