Born out a killer

Part 14- the attack

She loads the guns and hand it over to me. "Here you go, Keep a good eye on this." She continued to load everything from her car and Grace puts it in the basement we have. "Alright, im staying at the motel here a little further on. If there's anything, call me." She gets in her car and drives away.

Laurie arrives at the motel and grabs her suitcase. When suddenly a cop car stopped at Laurie. He got out and walked to Laurie. "Laurie is it, right?" She closes the car trunk and says, "Yes, and you are?" He grabbed his batch with his name on. "I'm Sam loomis."
"Loomis? Son of Samuel Loomis?" He nodded his head and said. "When my father died, I wanted to kill Michael as bad as you. Now that I heard there is another killer, I thought I would love to help. I'm really glad you came too, Laurie." He slowly walks back to his car and says, "if you need help, I'm always available.." he steps back into his car and drives away.

Laurie gets into her room and makes herself comfortable. She closes her door and looks outside. "I hope your gonna show up, Gabriël. I already almost got one, so this time, I will be winning from another born out of evil." She closes her curtains and goes to her bed.

The next day I wake up in my hospital bed. I waited for about an hour till Grace came to get me. In the meantime, a nurse stepped in to examine me. She gave me a shot against infections. "You can go home now, if you'd like." She left the room and she left a plate with food behind. I stood up and got ready. A minute later Grace arrived to pick me up. She looked sad and concerned on the way home. I understand her. I'm gonna die one day and I notice that. We step out of the car and I hurry myself to my room. She follows me in to my room and says, "From now on you will stay in the house."
I turned around and said, "what? Who decided that?"
"I did, it's to dangerous out there.." I walk up to her and say, "I have a meet with Laurie. We're gonna talk about stuff." She immediately corrupts me and says, "I don't care. Laurie will be here when there's a problem. Your not leaving the house."
"But-"
"No, no but. You heard me." She walked out of my room and closes the door. I stood there for a second and realized she may be right. But I was pissed either way.. he's not going to decide my whole entire life. I'd rather die.

I heard her leave the house to bring Cillian to school. I quickly went downstairs and put on my shoes. I left the house and went to the motel we're Laurie stays.

I knocked on her door and she opened. I came inside and closed the door. But what they didn't know was that Michael was watching outside the building. He slowly walks away.

"Sorry it's a mess in here. I'm getting old." She offered me a seating and then we talked a bit. "I wish I never knew Michael.. But I did and he knew me."
"How? I mean how did he end up with you." She grabbed herself a coffee and said, "Oh we knew each other for a long time. I used to come to his house and have a cozy talk.." I was very confused but she kept on going. "He was related to me.." I looked shocked at her like I didn't see this coming. "How... I mean.. why did he wanted to kill you then.."
"Evil doesn't have any feelings. He even killed his sister in 1978.." we talked for a while till I got a phone call.

"Shit, its Grace. She told me not to leave the house." I quickly put on my jacket and leave Laurie's house. "We'll talk later." Laurie said. I quickly ran down the stairs and saw a cop coming out of his car. He stood there waiting for me to pass him. "Connie, right?" He shook my hand and said, "I'm Sam loomis, Dr. Loomis' Son. He used to be Michael's psychiatrist.."
"I didn't know, no. I wasn't born yet.."
"Ah yeah right. Um I'm here to watch Laurie. If there's anything wrong.. if you need me You can give me a call." He hands out his phone number and walks back into his car. "Be careful."
"You too." I said.
I walked to my car and quickly drove away.

I arrived home and saw Grace sitting in the sofa, looking angry at me. "Where were you?" She stood up and came my way. "I was with Laurie. We talked about Michael.."
"What did I told you. Why would you never listen?"
"No Grace, this is my life. You don't have a freaking trauma of this thing that is following me do you.!" I quickly ran upstairs to my room. She grabbed her keys and went to pick up Cillian.

More to the evening Laurie was sitting on her laptop, trying to find information about Gabriël. "I can't believe it. You fucker want to be like your dad.." she said to herself. When suddenly she heard a noise from outside. She got up and looked out the window. She saw nothing so she went back to her laptop.

When suddenly she heard a knocking on the door. She got up again and opened her door. There was no one outside. She stept out of her dorm and slowly stepped a little further into the other directions. She still saw nothing. She knew it was Gabriël, she had a feeling. She turned around and quickly went back into her room. She locked the door and looked out one last time. She quietly went to the back to bring out a weapon while looking at the door. Until she suddenly bumped into someone. She turns around and she is startled so badly that she lifts herself backwards and puts her against the door. It was the masked man standing in front of her. He had a bat in his hand that he grabbed from behind. "Gabriël... Is that you?" She says. She slowly tries to turn the doorknob open. "I wasn't expecting you..." she says with a swallow in her throat.

He comes closer and while Laurie tries to open the door, he stands in front of laurie and holds his hand against the door. Laurie tries to open the door but Gabriel holds it closed. He looks at her. "Gabriël...I know you want to be like Michael...but believe me.... you better of not." He lets go of the door and starts at Laurie with the bat. Laurie bends over and he hits her hard. She falls down and strokes her arm upward. "Gabriël, he doesn't see you... Michael is dead." He stops beating and lifts his head slightly to the side. As he gets back into attack position, Laurie rolls away just in time. She straightens up and grabs the knife from the table. She heads straight for Gabriël and stabs him. She goes back to the back. He grabs the knife from his back and heads towards Laurie. Laurie starts screaming. She puts her hands in front of her face and he cuts into her hands.

Suddenly he heard the screams coming from near Laurie. Officer Sam shoots out of his car and already brings out his gun. He quickly runs up the stairs and opens the door with a full force with his foot. He sees the man and he shoots at it. Gabriël got hit and looks at his wound. He continues to step to the officer. Sam keeps shooting but by now Gabriël has already got him. He grabs him by the neck and then throws him down to the floor. He falls on his back and turns over painfully. Gabriël turns back to Laurie but sees that she has disappeared. He goes down the stairs and plunges his knife into sam's head. Blood splashes everywhere. He gets back up and continues.

Laurie found herself on the street with bloody hands. She ran and stopped herself.
