Chapter Five

The weekend was soon over and time to return back to school.

The first one Applejack met was Sunset Shimmer, who possibly was looking for the blonde girl. Happy to see her, she approached the blonde and folded her in her arms.

' I'm glad to see you, Jack! ' she smiled.

' Ah'm glad too, Sunset, but could ya let go of meh a little? ' asked Applejack, rather startled and uncomfortable with the hug.

' Yeah, sorry, ' chuckled Sunset.

She let go of the cowgirl, who breathed out. She started to look around for the transfer student. Who's the new one?

' Oh! You're looking for the new girl, Rainbow Dash, I think that's her name, ' influenced Sunset Shimmer. ' She's at the principal's office right now. '

Applejack didn't move. She looked the girl deeply in the eyes, as if she'd been lied to. She knew Sunset would never lie, as she probably didn't know Rainbow Dash yet, not as Applejack did.

' Wow, thank ya, ' smiled Applejack. ' Ah'm gon go say hi. '

Once Applejack arrived, she noticed Rainbow Dash with the athletes. She sighed and went over to them either way. She knew this turquoise girl, and it wouldn't hurt to talk with her, welcome her to the school.

' Sure, that'd be awesome. But I've got to look for someone, ' smiled Rainbow Dash, turning around.

As she did, she felt walked straight into someone, however they caught her.

' Mhm, hey Dashie, ' smiled Applejack.

' Jackie? ' asked the raspy voice.

' Yup, that's me, ' smiled Applejack. 'So ye're the new transfer student? '

Rainbow Dash nodded. She rubbed the back of her neck, in a boyish way. She struggles herself out of Applejack's hold of her and perks at the athletes, just smiling. Good, she didn't get laughed at.

' So, what are you doin', Dashie? ' asked Applejack.

' I suppose getting friends? ' replied Rainbow Dash, glancing at the athletes.

' These? Yeah, ya can count on 'em they'll never leave ya side, that's for sure,' smiled Applejack. She leant closer, ' Neither would I. '

' R-Right, ' muttered Rainbow Dash.

The same odd feeling she felt during Friday's adventures came back. Her cheeks heated up a little bit. She'd push Applejack away lightly.

' Ya flirtin with ya best friend~? ' hummed Applejack.

' No, I'm not...! ' claimed Rainbow Dash, rather carefully.

' Just teasin ya. Meet ya in class, Spit, ya take her there, will ya? ' asked Applejack.

' Yep, ' smiled the athlete.

Rainbow Dash was flustered. She walked back home. Applejack really messed with her a lot today, and it was annoying.

' ' She can't be this kind of girl who flirts with everyone? ' ' thought Rainbow Dash.

She continued to walk home. But she wasn't alone, someone was following her. Quite uncomfortable.

' Who the fuck is following me? ' murmured Rainbow Dash.

She glanced backwards, seeing that it was only Applejack. But why though? Do they share a common way home?

Applejack leant onto her bed. She relaxed backwards, looking at her screen. It was a picture of Rainbow Dash and herself. She chuckled and stroked it with her fingers.

' Cutie, ' she muttered. ' Only if that bitch weren't in our way... '

The thought of Lightning Dust brought Applejack to an unfortunate disgust. Rainbow Dash belonged to her, and only her. Nobody was allowed to even say ' I love you, ' unless it would be her parents and siblings. Perhaps close friends, NOBODY else.

' How can I get rid of her though? ' asked Applejack herself.

' Get rid of who? ' said Apple Bloom.

' Ah! Sugarcube, don't scare meh like that, ' sighed Applejack. ' And, it's just a story Ah been thinking about a little. '

Apple Bloom nodded and leant into her sister's shoulder. She squinted her lips. She wanted to say something, but couldn't get the courage and words.

' Whatever you want to talk about, say it when ye're ready, Sugarcube,' smiled Applejack. ' The one who's on my wallpaper is my best friend, also my victim. '

' Cute, ' smiled Apple Bloom, walking out from the bedroom.

End of this chapter. Planned it to be longer, but eventually I lost myself, so it ain't happening. Next one's longer though.
